Robert Perez showed up on time and was professional in introducing himself. He explained the things he would be doing on the scheduled maintenance/check-up on my HVAC unit. He was personable and professional.

Being referred to Brower Mechanical by a friend, we were very impressed with Jose A who restored our faith in human nature. He was all the good things; punctual, professional, helpful, and thorough. Brower Mechanical is, to us, a great company with excellent staff and we have used the company several times. Robert Perez Jr. is an amazing technician with lots of experience and knowledge and he is a wonderful representative for Brower. He has great communication skills, took pictures to show what was being done and reviewed his findings with me when the work was complete. Pete came out this morning and was on time and even in the rain. He climbed up on the roof and checked out my hvac unit. Explained that the engine was bad and gave us options whether to replace motor or a new unit. Very friendly technician.

John was great. Called before arriving, did nice work, left no trace he'd been there, except for completing the maintenance on our splits and condensers. Nice.

My go-to HVAC company. I'm signed up for their semi-annual service program to ensure that my system is in good condition each season. Very reasonable pricing, well worth the peace of mind. Excellent communication and customer service. My technician, Peter, has been thorough, professional, helpful, friendly...makes suggestions but never 'hard sells', which is very appreciated. Jose did the maintenance on our heat pump and did an excellent job. He treated our house with respect and did not try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary items. He did a thorough and thoughtful job. While he was here, he also put the clean dishes away from our dishwasher, taught my son calculus, and built a fence for our pet llama. Seriously, we cannot express how much we loved our service from Jose!
