We first worked with Brower over the summer to fix an AC emergency then had them back to service our furnace for winter. Evaristo was our technician and he was top notch. He documented the issues he found and presented options for us to choose from. I felt informed and comfortable working together.

I was having a problem where I wasn't getting 240v on my dryer outlet. Ruben Arvayo came out, quickly troubleshooted the issue and replaced the part. The issue was related to the Generac smart module for the dryer. I have a Generac generator installed at my home. I also had questions in regards to my Generac generator and supporting equipment. Service Technician Robert Perez has been sevicing our heating and AC units for years now. Jose A., the service technician for my maintenance appointment, was very thorough with the scheduled maintenance check. Additionally, he was very punctual, called me in advance to let me know he was on his way, and I did not have to ask him to wear booties while inside. Very professional service!
