Today Nick Purther, from Brower Mechanical came out to decommission my infloor heating system (radiant heat or RHF) that is over 35 years old. Nick had come out in July (price was $92 for Diagnostic - Residential) to look at the system and give me a quote for the job . The other plumbers I had come out to take a look at my boiler RHF system all referred me to Brower as the company that is familiar with this type of RHF system using a boiler. Ruben came out to do my HVAC maintenance and did a wonderful job . He was very professional and had great customer service skills . System is working fine but he did recommend a few things that should be taken care of in the future . I'm so glad I chose Brower Mechanical to service my system .

Excellant service by the technician. He was very polite and explained in detail what was done. I have my AC/Heating unit serviced twice a year by Brower Mechanical and have kept my unit in tip/top condition.

Bryce came to my home this morning to do my semi annual service on my HVAC system. He was very professional and also polite and friendly. I purchased my Trane system from Brower Mechanical at least five years ago and I have to say Brower Mechanical is a very professional company and I've never had any problems with any technician or staff member. Jose goes above and beyond in providing excellent servic. We have a Whisper Green ventilation system that was installed in 2014. It had not functioned properly until Jose's Spring 2025 visit. He removed the system casement and washed it for the first time in 11 year. Jose is an excellent and efficient technician. We look forward to his Spring AC visit!
