Jose Areolla was the mechanic that came to my home to review the issue. He responded to my call earlier than expected. He was knowledgeable and quickly inspected the equipment , explained what had happened to me , and submitted the work survey for approval as it was covered on the warranty . It was approved and scheduled for a crew to come out to make the needed repairs . Jose was very pleasant and professional as was the Brower employee who contacted me to schedule the work . Wonderful company !!

We scheduled to have our A/C coils chemically cleaned. We were notified by phone 20 minutes prior to the arrival of the Technician. The technician Jose did an excellent job and was very professional. I would highly recommend Brower Mechanical for all my HVAC needs.
Highly recommend Thomas. He is great with explaining everything going on with our unit and what's needed for repairs etc. Super friendly. We request him every time.

Jose is a nice, kind, and understanding repairman. He asks questions and listens to your answers. He discovered that the insulation in the attic had fallen on the Hvac unit and this was the reason the unit was underperforming. He took pictures and showed me what he repaired. I could see for myself what he had fixed. It is important to me to see what was repaired so I worry less about the future.
