The technician, Thomas, who did our air conditioning maintenance inspection today was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining the results of his assessment and he noticed that somehow some of the insulation in our attic had been disturbed and was not protecting those areas. He immediately fixed it and showed photos of what he had done. We appreciate his attention to detail. We recommend this company.

We have used Brower Mechanical for decades. Most recently they installed a heat pump on our primary residence and a heat pump water heater at a rental property. We have their Signature Plan maintenance program for these two locations. On an annual routine maintenance for our rental property A/C unit. There was some question about a possible system leak of refrigerant. Nick performed an extensive series of leak tests and found none leaks.
