I have signed up with Brower on an annual contract that provides two visits per year for maintenance. Mark came out today for a preventive maintenance visit. He was great. He arrived early, took care of both HVAC systems, and the heat pump hot water heater. He replaced a capacitor, and discovered a leak which he fixed. A return visit will be necessary soon, because he did not have enough refrigerant to recharge that system.

Nick came out and was able to make it early to the appointment. He was thorough in his diagnostic assessment and I'm confident the issue to be fixed was determined. I had a brand new coil installed on my HVAC system today. Jose did an excellent job with the installation and provided a detailed explanation on everything that was done and the tests he completed. The technician, Thomas, who did our air conditioning maintenance inspection today was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining the results of his assessment and he noticed that somehow some of the insulation in our attic had been disturbed and was not protecting those areas. He immediately fixed it and showed photos of what he had done. We appreciate his attention to detail. We recommend this company.
