Our technician, Rueben, was considerate of our time, professional and very knowledgeable in regards to our air conditioning issues. He called when he was 10 minutes away and was prompt. He was smart to take photos of the issues so he could show us our problems. He also looked at our filters, trying to find the source of our problems and made the recommendation to change to disposable air filters. Reliable AC service. They are honest-- don't try to sell me a replacement system when the system just needs minor repairs. They're not the cheapest but I trust them.

Our AC went out on July fourth when it was 108+. Thankfully I had a service contract. Brower had it running again in under 24 hours. They even had a very nice live answering the phone on at 9:00 pm July 4. With the service contract I get priority scheduling for service. Can't say enough.

Talked with Mike during a walk-through and consult. Knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We went with another contractor on the insulate/seal and HVAC conversion to inverter heat pump, based on scope and cost.
The company was very nice to go out of their normally area of service. The ladies at the phone were really helpful . The technician Jason was really professional and great to explain how the geo heat pump works. He fix everything and gave me great suggestions .I am completely satisfy with their work and I can highly recommend them. Good job guys.
I called yesterday, set a repair appointment and Randall came out today and rapidly fixed our Costco mini-split for a very reasonable price. He was personable and explained the issues and how to maintain it easily. Thanks!
So...my heater started acting up at my work office right after I attempted to install a Google Nest Thermostat.
