Ryan Walter was the technician who most recently came out to repair an AC unit that was making a new noise. He discovered that a stick had fallen down in between the fan blades. I appreciate very much that he is so patient in explaining what is going on. I'm a little surprised at the negative reviews here, because my experience with Brower since 2019 has been positive. Keep calm and carry on.

I was having a problem where I wasn't getting 240v on my dryer outlet. Ruben Arvayo came out, quickly troubleshooted the issue and replaced the part. The issue was related to the Generac smart module for the dryer. I have a Generac generator installed at my home. I also had questions in regards to my Generac generator and supporting equipment.
