This is my 3rd call out for someone to come look at my A/C unit in the past year. I will say that they are very efficient and Mike is a nice guy with great customer service! However, I find it hard to believe that they charge $70.00 dollars to switch back a breaker that was off (which Im skeptical about) My husband knows how to switch back breakers when they are off. Not happy with the outcome of feeling ripped off.

My 5-star review is for Mike H. His level of service is higher than previous technicians and he also gave me info on the type of filter I should be using instead of the reusable ones we've been using for years. Great job, very thorough and professional.
The professionalism from the initial contact with the office staff to the serviceman who installed my generator this company is one of the best and when the county inspector came out he was very impressed with the work that was done and said "I wish everyone did work this clean" would highly recommend to anyone! In the past they have also done HVAC work that was outstanding and also saved me a substantial amount of money.
We're just in the process of having Brower install our new HVAC and they've been amazing to work with! They're professional all the way from the sale (Mike Gambeski) to the install (Gabriel and Dylan), and their team is awesome! We've used them for servicing our old unit for a couple years now, but it came down to needing it replaced as it was 20+ years old and our condenser wasn't going to make it through another year, but the team at Brower has been incredibly knowledgeable!! It's been a pleasure!
I would like to thank Brower Mechanical for working on my AC. At times I wanted to call it and replace the system, but Brower recommended to try a few items first. I am glad I followed their recommendations. The last time they worked on my other HVAC system a few years ago, I found Brower employees to be honest and hard working. They are just as honest and hard working today. Ali was courteous and professional and we are now sitting in a nice chilled home again. THANK YOU BROWER!!!
This is an excellent company, with professional staff, outstanding customer service and their work is QUALITY at its best. I have worked with them for 10+ years. I have had Brower do some standard repairs on a 10-year old HVAC and duct system in one house. Then they also serviced a VERY OLD wall heater and window a/c unit in another house for me. We bought a NEST Video doorbell and it was too difficult for us to install, so we read the Yelp reviews and selected Brower Mechanical. Their installer, Mike Mathis, was right on time (8am) and explained all that needed to be done to install the doorbell. Our current doorbell is located on the side of our porch and is not located in the door frame. So, the angle would be different if installed on the side of the house. I have been with Brower for 13 years. They installed my HVAC system and I have purchased a maintenance contract with them ever since. EVERY technician that I have dealt with has been experienced, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I call the receptionists are kind and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all of your HVAC needs.
I just started a contract with Brower today and had my heater looked at. Dan was super nice, knowledgeable, and extremely excellent at explaining technical jargon! As someone who loves technical documentation (but on the computers side of things), I can definitely appreciate a handy person who is great at explaining things simply without making me feel stupid in any way whatsoever.
