I was thrilled when I called for my broken ac unit (and it was 106 outside!). They offered me a same day appointment while others were several weeks out. They also offered me a maintenance plan that I readily accepted. They have been very pleasant, professional, focused on quality workmanship and well worth the money spent! We were satisfied with Jose Arreola's performance yesterday. He installed Google's Nest Thermostat corretcly and tested the thermostat work properly with the furnace.

Ryan Walter was the technician who most recently came out to repair an AC unit that was making a new noise. He discovered that a stick had fallen down in between the fan blades. I appreciate very much that he is so patient in explaining what is going on. I'm a little surprised at the negative reviews here, because my experience with Brower since 2019 has been positive.
