A little too loud. Waiter was trying his best but was stretched too thin.
I understand it was a Saturday night. Was ignored for 20 mins before someone talked to us. App came out w food and was wrong had to send it back. Our actual dinners were decent. For a 1st time customer there. We will not he back.
Terrible service - waited 45 mins for salad to be served and several other tables had entire meal delivered before our salads were even served
Both food and service were terrible this time. This is my least favorite brew burger in the surrounding area and this time convinced me to never return.
Food wasn’t very good and there was little to no service provided. I think we saw our waitress twice in the three hours we were there.
We were seated in a booth across from a very big party...apparently some kind of a team with their parents...all the kids on one end and parents enjoying themselves on the other. It was very noisy, kids getting up and down, and causing it to be difficult to hear conversation at our table. The large group also required a lot of service, which meant the wait staff was overworked. The salmon on my salad was burnt. I asked for another and when the manager brought it to me my husband had already finished his dinner. 😫
First time visitor. Good burger selection...or you can just "create" one of your own liking. Can even substitute chicken instead of a burger. Server was nice but service was rather slow. But two in our party were late getting there so that may have been partly to blame. But still, we sat there with our menus on the table for well over 20 minutes before taking our food orders.
