We had reservations. Were promptly seated and the server was ok. We had to flag them down to try to get anything

Despite making arrangements ahead of time they refused to accommodate our party outside.
Rushed and burger wasn’t very good. Not the burger experience I wanted. Using a cheat meal for this was a let down.
Fries were cold during lunch rush. Service was exceptionally slow. We eat at Bru in Carmel routinely. Would not recommend this location.
