Everyone at Buena Vista was outstanding. They cared for my mom in her last days and the home hospice nurses were exceptional. Every person from Buena Vista that was involved in my mother's care treated her, my Dad, and I with love and respect. And even after she passed, they were there for me and I'll never forget that.

Thank you, BVH for being wonderful. Kaiser recommended them in 2019 and they were brought on to help my Mom during her advanced dementia. She actually improved because of their compassionate, respectful, professional and family level care, so she was removed from hospice and thrived for 3 more years! Then they were with us again in her final days and outstanding once again. Always very communicative, honest and gave her beautiful final moments and cared about me and my mental health as well. Buena Vista Hospice is not a place you want work the nurses are cliquish Nursing management is not supportive of the nurses, they expect y 50 hours of work in 40 hours. Nurses areMicromanaged, Insurance is horrible Not a good work life balance if you have children.

Thank you Buena Vista for the wonderful care my husband Allen received. The nurses and physical therapists helped him tremendously to walk better, improve his balance, and regain his confidence and general health. Each visit helped to make him stronger. The health care nurses and therapists were encouraging, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend Buena Vista and deeply appreciate all that was done to help Allen regain his health.

The staff was very professional, compassionate and made you feel like they were caring for their own. I did a lot of research in finding the right hospice for my grandmother. Upon finding Buena Vista, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff met me at the hospital and explained every detail of what to expect. They met with my grandmother and their bedside manner and compassion was spot on in what I knew my grandmother would want.
