The entire staff at Home World Apts. was so kind and helpful during the sales process and our custom built couch. From Jeremy Young, the sales manager to Sandra, Elaine and Larry... each tried their best to help us resolve the confusion we experienced which turned out to be an electronic glitch with the details. They all cared as it was their personal order. All was finally resolved and we are getting our couch that we waited for two months!

My first recollection of Karen at CS Wo & Sons was her elegance and kind demeanor on my first visit to the store. I was impressed when she walked up to us and her professionalism was self-evident. I went back several days later to see her and she was extremely patient with me and listened carefully to my needs. Excellent delivery experience! The communication leading up to delivery was great. The day of we were given updates. Such details make the whole event so much more comfortable! Sean and Zippy arrived and placed the 2 pieces of furniture exactly as we requested. They were polite, clean and efficient. Sean brought the couch in from the truck on his own! He had that thing on his shoulder while Zippy was removing the wrapping from the armoire. Such strength! 5 stars for this team of delivery professionals!

This review is for Karen Kitazaki. I was visiting my parents on island and stopped in since we were remodeling our home. Karen was awesome since she asked us what type of style we liked and then made great suggestions on which pieces would work for our different spaces. It was so nice to get a designer's perspective and experience. Although we could not get all the pieces due to pricing, we did take note of all her recommendations. I am building a new home in Honolulu and I worked with Karen Kitazaki with our architect and kitchen designer and she helped me select the finished products like flooring , wall paper and paint. What a great service CSwo offers to their clients and Karen was amazing. We did not order our furniture yet, but we will definitely be ordering from her when the permits are done and will be referring her to all my friends .

Every year our organization conducts an auction. As one of the youngest members of our team, reaching out for donations was very uncomfortable for me. However, my colleague directed me to contact Velvet at Ashley Furniture and C.S. Wo & Sons. Velvet was more than willing to not just donate an item but also provide options to choose from and deliver the item to our facility. I'll start with my gripe: I bought nearly $10k in household furniture for a small apartment which is not a lot. For the price I paid, the quality was lacking. My furniture has many chips in the stains & has broken now countless times. The Isanti bed I waited on for months didn't survive one month before breaking. I cannot blame this on the store, as it is definitely the manufacturer. As my grandfather would say, "They just don't make anything like they used to."
