They *****$500 from my account, I have spent every year fighting for it back, putting complaints into their employees. Always being told “your complaint has been transferred to billing”. Just spoke to an Ashley at the company who advised that there has been nothing on my account since it was “cancelled” in 2019. Where’s my $500 Cactus Credit?!!

They are terrible! **********. Told me I had to pay 2700$ then suggested 1500$ is the lowest they’ll do. I went for it then changed my mind. I had to put a star to write a review. They are awful, ***** ****** ******. They totally took advantage of my situation. They have done nothing but take money out of my account that was needed to pay rent. They took all the money out of my account on Dec 24, 2021. Every penny. I think it is time to get a lawyer involved. I have nothing from them in writing. They made my situation worse to the point of losing everything.
I wish I could get my money back. They did not provide the services they said in their contract. I should have figured something was fishy when they would not process anything without my void cheque.
They don't tell you everything up front. Misleading and gets you to do everything fast so you don't have time to even process things. They never explain anything and ***. .. I asked for the recorded ingredients and they can not provide the evidence to me they ****. Do not go with this company....u til you talk with the trustees the whole true comes out.
I wish i could give negative rating, worst company ever i have ever dealt with, before you sign up for their program they will call you 3-4 times a day and once you have signed up, forget about everything, my score went down after i signed up with this company, their tone changes once you have signed up for the program, total waste of money, worst customer service ever, **** ** ****, nothing else.
I tried Cactus Credit hoping to bring my credit scores up after I cleared what I seen was open on my credit report. They did 2 disputes so far and my 3rd has been sent in. When I inquired about how things are progressing they were honest enough to let me know my credit only needs rebuilding- credit card etc. Now I have a secured credit card and they will let me know about my 3rd dispute they sent in and no further charges.
