Our spool required resurfacing. We could not have chosen a better company!Project management was tight, subs were high quality professionals, and the on-site supervisor, *****, was the most knowledgeable, caring and professional of all. Sure there were changes to the original plan, some complications... but all handled with ***** and expediency. ***** was not only a great QC person, he was OUR advocate in the process... always looking out for the best solution to meet our needs. We had used CA Pools several years ago to do a pool remodel, with the remodel we added a gas fire pit. The warranty on our remodel had long been expired. We had some issues with the gas fire pit that included a gas leak. We called several companies attempting to get it repaired, no one would even come out and look at the issue. We ended up calling CA Pools in hopes of getting a referral to repair the fire pit. They came out quickly, evaluated the issue and let us know what the cost should have been to repair the fire pit. Cal pools has been amazing with our pool build from day one. After some hiccups they were efficient and productive with fixing what needed to be fixed. The staff has been friendly and supportive with all of our concerns. I would recommend them and choose them again! 4 months from start to finish and our pool was ready by summer!
California Pools- Corona- lead by ****** Smith is very professional, quick, on time all the time, respectful, clean... fully recommend. Very Approachable. We are very impressed and happy with the results. Listened to what we needed and made recommendations. We have been told that they were fast and extremely clean, but other pool owners who have seen the process. We are happy.
