We were looking at getting a pool and grotto/water slide done in our backyard, and we are so pleased and happy we went with California Pools and Landscapes!! Cal Pools is simply the best. They do what they say they are going to do. Kept us informed at every step! They are professionalsevery single one of these people. Special shout out to ****** and ****** with out last project. They were truly remarkable. No other pool contractor for us but California Pooland lastly **** who helped design our pool in 2018will still pick up the phone or call me back when I have a question! Thats is unheard of in todays world.

California Pools did an awesome job on our backyard project. Everyone from our designer to our construction crew to the final photographer, ********************* were professional and amazing! When our project was done, they sent out *** to take some video and photos and man did he deliver some spectacular shots and footage of our dream backyard. California Pools is the only pool company anyone will ever need for their projects. They made our dream a reality and we love every inch of it!

*******************,Service coordinator is awesome. Was attentive and knowledgeable with the issue I wanted taken care of!******, the service technician, who came to my home and diagnosed the issue. He was amazing, told me what needed fixed and had it done on time and highly recommend having him do any work needed. Thanks again ***** and ******!***************************

California Pools & Landscape is such a great company! Our sales team, **** and ****, explained every option with all the pros and cons of each feature. We were motivated to have a pool and spa for family enjoyment but also for health and special needs therapy. The final result of the project turned out beautiful. All equipment and color match to house was great, along with fire pit area and the fence turned out wonderful. Used the heater for the first time and that worked flawlessly, having it ready to swim in within twenty four hours.

**** in the service department is a gem. She is organized and has excellent communication skills and recall. Such a pleasure to work with her via phone and email both. The tech, *************************** was knowledgeable, skillful and also an excellent communicator. He solved all my issues in a timely manner. I have loved California Pools since I chose them 6 years ago to create my back yard oasis. They continue to exceed expectations.

We wrote a contract in 11/2020 and our house was finished in 7/2021. California Pools dug our pool in 7/2021 and the pool was not completed until 6/2022. It was extremely frustrating but we were told it was due to all COVID-19 issues. Our pool is beautiful and the quality is excellent! *****, our superintendent, was always available and did an excellent job of scheduling. ******* was in contact with us almost daily.
