Hands down the most amazing experience. We talked to a few different companies and by far Cal Pools was the most professional, courteous, timely and responsive company to work with. They held true to the timelines and the appointments that were set. We talked to our salesperson ***************************** in July 2021. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. California Pools built our pool and once it was done we had a issue. ****** got our pool fixed in a very timely manner. He was very responsive and tentative to us. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!

My pool work was completed in a timely manner and the work looks good! My California service representative ******* Smith coordinated the repair work to be completed by a 3rd party company. She provided emails with the scheduled dates and contact numbers for the 3rd party company! I would highly recommend and look forward to working with her in the future. Very professional staff. Showrooms are all beautiful to help plan colors and design. Great app to follow along with dates and schedule. And my pool, spa, fire pit, landscaping is amazing ??
