California Pools designed and installed my backyard oasis 3 years ago. I noticed this week my pool lights were not turning on. I emailed their warranty **** and recd both an email and phone call from ***** the next day. She was a tremendous help and troubleshooted the issue over the phone with great patience and care. They have exceptional customer service!

****** is the BEST. Heard my concerns, answered all my questions and took care of all my needs. Didnt up sell me anything and got the job done the next day. Wouldnt use any other company for install or service. Thank you California Pools

********************* from California Pools came out this morning to replace a broken part on my pool equipment. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. *************************, my saving ****** found the part we needed in record time. Thanks to both these folks for taking such good care us and our pool needs. We appreciate California Pools.

California Pools provide an outstanding experience in the transformation of our backyard. We signed in Oct 2021, expecting a lengthy process, knowing most pools around this time were taking 12 months or more. The pool and landscape was completed 7 months later. There were a couple of delays along the way, but the level of communication was so high that we were prepared for any curve in the road. And since completion, they have reached out numerous times to ensure all is well. Outstanding product! Outstanding service!

Hands down the most amazing experience. We talked to a few different companies and by far Cal Pools was the most professional, courteous, timely and responsive company to work with. They held true to the timelines and the appointments that were set. We talked to our salesperson ***************************** in July 2021. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service. ***************************** deserves a lot of praise, as well as ***********************. ******* was very patient in answering all of my questions, and responded to texts immediately. **** went above and beyond trying to get my pool built quickly through supply delays.

California Pools built our pool and once it was done we had a issue. ****** got our pool fixed in a very timely manner. He was very responsive and tentative to us. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!
