We wrote a contract in 11/2020 and our house was finished in 7/2021. California Pools dug our pool in 7/2021 and the pool was not completed until 6/2022. It was extremely frustrating but we were told it was due to all COVID-19 issues. Our pool is beautiful and the quality is excellent! *****, our superintendent, was always available and did an excellent job of scheduling. ******* was in contact with us almost daily. Love Cal Pools! First class in customer service! California Pools is an outstanding company to do business with. They built our plaster pool 22 years ago and it still has the original plaster and looks like new! This has only been the case due to the excellent quality product and installation they provided. I ALWAYS tell anyone looking for services on a pool (new build or re-do) to contact them. Being **** miles away from a large pool project could be daunting. Not so. Our pool is finally complete and we are swimming!. Awesome pool, have received many great praises from neighbors and friends, we love it!.
