The final result of the project turned out beautiful. All equipment and color match to house was great, along with fire pit area and the fence turned out wonderful. Used the heater for the first time and that worked flawlessly, having it ready to swim in within twenty four hours.

**** in the service department is a gem. She is organized and has excellent communication skills and recall. Such a pleasure to work with her via phone and email both. The tech, *************************** was knowledgeable, skillful and also an excellent communicator. He solved all my issues in a timely manner. I have loved California Pools since I chose them 6 years ago to create my back yard oasis. They continue to exceed expectations.

We wrote a contract in 11/2020 and our house was finished in 7/2021. California Pools dug our pool in 7/2021 and the pool was not completed until 6/2022. It was extremely frustrating but we were told it was due to all COVID-19 issues. California Pools is an outstanding company to do business with. They built our plaster pool 22 years ago and it still has the original plaster and looks like new!
