Very professional. The project was done quickly with no issues. The crew took a lot of time cleaning up all old material and nails.
After I raised the issues that needed more attention the process came back on track and in the end I was very satisfied with the final project. It was more the process that had problems.
I'm up in the air. Everyone so far has been very helpful and friendly. The roof project was fast and looked great. Our gutters look great, and our siding is getting there. However there have been some lack of communication around certain times, and fixes. Our trim didn't end up the right color on our main door in the end and we gave up because the project was going long and we knew the other color wouldnt look bad. the 2 workers putting on the siding did an excellent Job, they were very efficient in completing the job. Friendly when we talked with them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Capital Construction in June 2024. The reason we chose them is because they worked on our house back in 2007. Capital Construction is an efficient and well-mannered company that worked with us to get our roof done. We appreciate their support with our financial needs and how timely the job got done. There were a few things we found, after the project was completed, that we noticed needing clean-up or repair, Capital Construction was prompt with righting these issues for us. I did have to call to have the dumpster removed after it sat in my driveway for about a week after the project finished, but it was removed promptly after that.
This is the second job that they have done on my house. They did a magnificent job the first time and it was a no brained to have them tackle the second project. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking new siding on their house.
