I was not at the site - my contractor and property management company were. The lockbox was broken at least once. The port-a-john was left unlocked and open to (and experienced) unwelcome guests. It also took longer to remove than I was told. Thge final product was very good and the building looks great. But at times - including the endless phonecalls and emails to fill out this survey which I really do not like filling out generally - I felt that the company was aggressive and pushy. Dealing with this team made it easier to decide on the job. .They explained what was used and how it was going to be completed. The tem worked on a very cold day and it didn't delay them at all!!.
Workers were fast, thorough and polite!
Brian the sale guy was very honest about could and could not be done in our budget
