Great, great work. Anthony Andreozzi was great project manager. Could not have asked for better communication and results.
It was quick. They respected my method of communication at the initial scheduling ( I hate phone calls. I do not talk on the phone unless I absolutely need to). They handled all of the paperwork, permits, etc. They checked in frequently. Jay even responded while he was on vacation (I didnt know he was in vacation when I messaged him.) John checked in frequently via email which is how I would prefer it, and when extra materials were left he personally collected them so they were no longer in the way. I already have made two recommendations regarding Capital Construction.
w Work was done in a very timely manner. Workers were very respectful of our property and cleaned up the area daily. The lead worker was very approachable with any questions or concerns. The project manager was always available by phone and stopped by several times to make sure things were going well. Outcome of the project was great.
cleanliness of the job site at completion of the job was the only area that needs improvement
