We found their team for quotes to be fair and informative, and their construction team - both workers and the project management / coordination staff - to be professional, efficient, and understanding of the client's needs and expectations. The experience with them starts with a client coordinator through quoting and a dedicated project manager for the work which is a significantly better experience than many contractor or service companies we've worked with.
Very pleasant experience with all concerned. Felt no pressure. Were treated like friends rather than clients.

Over priced
It was quick. They respected my method of communication at the initial scheduling ( I hate phone calls. I do not talk on the phone unless I absolutely need to). They handled all of the paperwork, permits, etc. They checked in frequently. Jay even responded while he was on vacation (I didnt know he was in vacation when I messaged him.) John checked in frequently via email which is how I would prefer it, and when extra materials were left he personally collected them so they were no longer in the way.
