CareOne has been pretty amazing all things considered. Its a well-staffed and very hi-touch operation/ system. Super professional which I was not expecting.
They keep the center very clean. Plenty of activities and they have a list - bingo(i think daily)- music with some performing-theatre for movies. I think the room sizes are adequate. Some staff members can show moodiness but most of staff are friendly/ professional. There have been times where mom has had her call bell on over 20-25 minutes Managers are approachable
It's great. Staff is approachable and helpful and they take great care of my mom. Her room is always cleaned and she is very happy. It's also great that they have a lot of services available in house including physical therapy a practioner that comes biweekly etc.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and there are several choices at each meal. They involved my mom in the activities. My mom has been there for a short time. I would recommend them to others and they give NJEA members 15% off each month which helps with the cost.
[name removed] took me on tour of facility. She made an excellent presentation answering questions and concerns. Will definitely keep Care One as a future option!!
Liked the set-up of the facility and the fact that when a resident left their room, they could see the view outside with the large windows. The dining room was lovely and the residents were enjoying a meal peacefully. Also the facility is only for Alzheimer patients was a plus.
Our parents are in an excellent facility in Evanston IL. We just moved mother from assisted living to full care nursing. She doesn’t want to move again, but she will. We think the Cupola fills all of our needs and is near us. Hopefully two openings will occur later this year.
I would rate all of those categories a 5. The administrative and staff is very friendly it is definitely clean no smell of urine. I am very satisfied with the care my mom receives. The head nurse always keep me updated on any changes and it is definitely worth the money, also I would highly recommend Harmony Village if Cherry Hill to family and friends.
The rooms and common areas were very clean & well kept. No complaints there. Activities were plentiful and appropriate for the residents. The food wasn't really that good. While they did offer choices for each meal, it wasn't really the "cuisine" we were promised . Also, we told we could sit and have a meal with mom in the dining room any time.
