All is well thank you for your support. She is stable and cared for at nice activities and facilities is. Clean. It's very nice.
Some of the clothes gets lost but the staff seem caring to the residents. The room is very roomy and nice size for 2 people. More than enough. Food is also quite good.
The staff is amazing and the accommodations are great. wish they would check photo ID of visitors. Would highly recommend
CareOne in Hamilton has provided a safe, positive, caring home for Mom. It's also provided her family members with the knowledge that Mom is being well cared for. The staff treat Mom and the other residents with patience and kindness. They encourage engagement with the residents through interactive activities, exercises, and themed events that involve family members. CareOne in Hamilton has brought us peace of mind.
My husband was a former resident, he passed a while ago. But I still come visit all the time. I still keep coming back. I feel they did a good job with his care. I like everyone. I’ve made so many long term relationships with other family members. This place is like a second home and a second family.
We toured this community and really liked the concept of the different neighborhoods for the various stages of dementia. We got to meet the staff and dementia specialist, it seems like it would be a great place for my mom.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Harmony Village (CareOne) at Jackson. Their dedication to helping residents with dementia reconnect with their personalities and with their families is truly remarkable. My mother absolutely thrived during her time there. Very clean and well maintained atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. I felt welcome and accommodating my needs and answered all my questions made me feel confident
I liked the fact that it use to be a skilled nursing facility so a lot of the infrastructure is already in place in case a loved one needs a higher level of care
