We have really valued Harmony village as a place for my mother-in-law. They helped us navigate all of the doctors and medication’s and really took care of everything in a competent and nurturing way. We came in at a very critical moment and since then have not had to worry about or question medications and several different therapies. Everything has been done and taken care of. I visited CareOne at Somerset Valley. I met with [Names Removed], looking for a place for my sister, who has dementia. They took the time to speak with me about their approach to dementia care. The staff looks for behaviors and triggers that can effect dementia patients negatively. If my sister isn't quite ready to get up in the morning, or she does feel like participating in an activity that is ok. I am impressed with the rooms having a system that alerts the staff if a resident is in distress and immediate action is taken.... read more

Everything was great staff was friendly and couldn’t feel more at home for my grandfather! Everything was clean and sanitary along with a well oiled staff. The spirits are high here and it couldn’t be more welcoming
We had a very positive experience at Harmony Village. The facility is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive.
The staff for the most part is very good, the cleanliness and laundry service good, the food mediocre and the activities for residents are excellent. I feel our overall experience has been positive what I hear from people who have loved ones in other facilities we made the right choice with the Cupola
I think the administration and most of the staff really tried to care for my husband. However, there were some nurses in the rehab area downstairs that were truly excellent and others that had a very bad attitude and could care less if they did a good job. The administration was aware of this problem as well. As far as the assisted living area, my husband was there about two weeks when he took a horrendous fall and was very seriously injured.
