The staff for the most part is very good, the cleanliness and laundry service good, the food mediocre and the activities for residents are excellent. I feel our overall experience has been positive what I hear from people who have loved ones in other facilities we made the right choice with the Cupola
The staff and care services are very good, and the resident rooms and common areas are maintained well. They also offer offsite field trips for residents and they try to accommodate and assist individual residents as much as possible.
As the caretaker of a parent I knew that one day I would need to make a decision that would not be easy. However, it came out of nowhere and I was not ready. We’ve been extremely pleased with the care my aunt receives at Harmony Village. The community is always spotless, the activities are engaging and thoughtfully planned, and the staff is genuinely exceptional. If living independently at home is no longer possible, Harmony Village truly feels like a welcoming and comforting second home.
... for food, meds, cleansing. I'm bedridden and need help getting up . I would like to get out of my room more often. Don't get many visitors. Doctor came by this afternoon (don't see him very often ) and he asked if I was in pain. I said yes in both my shoulders. He prescribed a cream ointment. This was around 3:30 pm. It's now 7:20 pm and I have not yet received anything for my pain.
Both my parents have been at this facility for a year. they are in a room together. the floors are washed, bed made bathroom cleaned everyday. The cleaning staff is wonderful. The aides are very caring and attentive and the med tech [name removed] is great. She is on top of my parents meds and keeps a watchful eye on their needs. The physical therapy dept and the activities staff are also very accessible to talk to. A shout out to [name removed] in activities is great.

Mom moved from another facility; therefore, we have a point of comparison. We knew we had made the right choice from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by the staff, who accommodated our arrival time. They were attentive, immediately set up her TV, provided us a full orientation of everything we would need to know. The place seemed fine, the people seem nice. I have a very difficult time connecting the price tag with the services provided. I will be making other arrangements for my loved one. I don’t find that there was enough stimulation in terms of activities and entertainment to keep my mom active. I found the room to be very small, though it may be comparable to other facilities.
