It's great. Staff is approachable and helpful and they take great care of my mom. Her room is always cleaned and she is very happy. It's also great that they have a lot of services available in house including physical therapy a practioner that comes biweekly etc.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and there are several choices at each meal. They involved my mom in the activities. My mom has been there for a short time. I would recommend them to others and they give NJEA members 15% off each month which helps with the cost.
[name removed] took me on tour of facility. She made an excellent presentation answering questions and concerns. Will definitely keep Care One as a future option!!
Liked the set-up of the facility and the fact that when a resident left their room, they could see the view outside with the large windows. The dining room was lovely and the residents were enjoying a meal peacefully. Also the facility is only for Alzheimer patients was a plus.
Our parents are in an excellent facility in Evanston IL. We just moved mother from assisted living to full care nursing. She doesn’t want to move again, but she will. We think the Cupola fills all of our needs and is near us. Hopefully two openings will occur later this year.
I would rate all of those categories a 5. The administrative and staff is very friendly it is definitely clean no smell of urine. I am very satisfied with the care my mom receives. The head nurse always keep me updated on any changes and it is definitely worth the money, also I would highly recommend Harmony Village if Cherry Hill to family and friends.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The interior is spectacular, very inviting and welcoming. The common space reminded me of a cozy ski lodge. The studio apartment was very a decent size with plenty of living space.
My mom had to relocate to a memory care community from her assisted living because they could not handle her care. Everyone at this center has been amazing. They really understand my moms dementia and make her feel comfortable. [name removed] the dementia specialist is amazing, [name removed] and [name removed] made the move in so smooth. I am very happy.
The staff is attentive and caring. I'd like to especially recognize Shanielia, she is just superb in carrying out her daily responsibilities. The facility is very comfortable and impeccably clean. The room was adequate size, not cramped whatsoever.
