I have a friend living there the upsetting part is she has no help with taking a shower. Rooms are not cleaned well nor is the laundry. I also don’t believe they have enough activities or staff for this. They don’t do room checks either. Nor is there anything for family members to get a beverage etc. I feel like with no other facilities to compete this is what you’re left with. The staff is nice/ food is good from what I seen/ the TV room is dark the entrance is nice as well as the lobby & dining area. 8pm lobby is empty.

I am writing this review to thank [name removed]! This is the first review I have ever done. My mom was moved from assistant Living to the Dementia unit. [name removed] was wonderful in this transition. I have to say I wasn't an easy daughter to convince. But, then I realized we both wanted the same thing. My mom to have the best care. [name removed] doesn't just talk she executes. She is always walking the halls and checking to make sure all is good with the residents. I am very happy that my husband is there. He is well taken-care-of. The staff ( in particular the people who take care of him on a day to day basis) are caring, friendly and courteous. I like that I'm able to interact with them and feel like they are my friends as well as caregivers for my husband. I would imagine just about all the families of the residents feel the same as I do. My mom has been there for three years. She likes it and the staff are very friendly to her. She seems well taken care of and attended to. She has made some nice friends. My main gripe is that the prices go up about 10% every year. When we first toured, we were told they go up every 3-4 years, and have been stable for awhile. But we've seen big jumps the past two years. We know the CEO makes alot of money, I hope these increases are going towards the staff and caretakers, and not more million dollar bonuses for the bigwigs in... read more

I would recommend to others.Overall very satisfied. A few hiccups along the way. I chose this community because of the high ratings and the compassion of the staff I came in contact with.

Brand new facility, very bright and happy decor, clean, friendly and caring staff who are all patient and trained specifically for memory care. It will never be perfect but happy with our decision. Would like to see better meals and more group activities. Most residents are in wheel chairs.

We had to move my mother in to the Cupola. [name removed] made this a very easy transition. She really took a personal interest in our family and contacted me a tremendous amount. She is so responsive and helpful. A truly amazing person. My mother is doing so well there. Thank you [name removed].
