I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This is very nice clean and care police. They had very good care of my mom aunt food was very good. Rooms very clean. And staff very friendly.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father was at CareOne at Ridgewood Avenue for rehab. I didn't have any problems or anything, no real issues, none. The staff was very welcoming, very homey, and they treated everybody individually. They didn't have just one standard of care. They were very nice, and they looked happy with their jobs. I visited this facility My overall visit at CareOne Assisted Living was very good. However, it was limited because of the COVID. We did not get to see the dining area. We saw a room. That one was OK. I think it had a refrigerator and a microwave. I liked it. However, we couldn't see the whole thing. That wasn't their fault; it was because of COVID. We're not really sure 100%, but if my mom does end up moving up north and we can make it work, I think I like CareOne the best. I feel like they have more to offer me.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I see a lot of old reviews and some for the assisted living this is for the Skilled rehab here. My grandfather was here for 3 weeks. When he was admitted he could barley walk with his walker. The PT department was absolutely amazing with getting him involved and giving him therapy 7days every week. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father was at CareOne at Holmdel. I visited him but it was outside 90% of the time. The people seemed very nice. They were attentive and caring. They understood everybody's situation. Whatever you needed from them, they were more than happy to oblige. His room was shared. I don't know what activities they did because everybody was on lockdown due to COVID.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father-in-law is in CareOne at East Brunswick. He needed rehabilitation, and we know they can help him financially because the expense has been covered by Medicare. They're very good. So far, we're very pleased with the care that he's getting there. They do rehabilitation and then long-term care. He's getting stronger, but he's still undergoing therapy. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother started off in the rehab section at CareOne at Millbury and they moved her to full service, 24-hour care. We were only allowed outside visits. We were not able to go inside the facility to really check out if the facility was clean because everything was shut down. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother had stayed here after leaving the hospital..Due to the covid..we weren't able to see her room or visit her inside. The facility was very serious about everyone being protected for the patient. Which was a plus. The whole staff was very good in taking care of my mother. The administration person named Billy was extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind in helping me emotionally adjust to having my mother there and her needs. Billy is an asset to Care One.
