Great Day staff place needs a up grade beds have wires exposed and nurse call buttons are so out dated the overnight staff are loud and disruptive at night so much it's like they are having a party lack of attention to bathroom emergency help light 20 minutes waiting before help in a nut shell it would be a good place if 2nd shift was more supervised and resendents didn't get ignored over the night I would not recommend it to care for any one I am here for rehab and make sure you bring snacks one slice of French toast and tw... read more

CareOne East Brunswick has made my Mom and Dad feel like they are part of a family - the service is wonderful, and they take care of everything for you.
Harmony Village gets 10 stars across the board, they were incredibly kind, professional and just the whole 9 yards. The head of the memory care unit [name removed] was very well trained and on top of it. From the moment our loved one arrived there she greeted her and walked her through the whole process. It was night and day in terms of the experience and care she received at another community. Based on our experience with Harmony Village CareOne community we would recommend them to other families.
I was so impressed with the kindness & care that was shown to my mom while she resided at Care One of Hanover. I have 20 years of personal experience working with Seniors however it is completely different being a family member and trying to find the best place for mom. Our family had an in person tour and we really thought it was a good tour experience, no issues at all.
I'd tell others that it's expensive but very clean. the community is well-managed with competent friendly and helpful people. I would recommend it especially compared to the other facilities with had experience lately.
I really liked it there. It is only memory care, which I liked. They could not take my Mom though because she had a wound on her leg. [name removed] was able to take her even with the wound.
I've been very happy with Harmony Village so far. It has been a good experience from the very beginning. The facility itself is very inviting and pleasing to the eye. The marketing person we met with initially was very accommodating. She even came in on the weekend for a second visit with another member of our family, which we appreciated. CareOne has been very good for our family. I am pleasantly surprised with the facility and how much we get for what we pay, especially compared to another facility that we experienced previously.
