My mother lives in the assisted living portion. They are kind, encouraging, and caring. They have activities every day and try to get all residents involved. We visit every day so we make sure all is well. Her little apartment is adorable and they respond quickly to any work orders or maintenance requests. It is nice to walk my mother down the hallway and hear the employees call her by name. Very pleased with the care she receives here.
Attentive to patient's needs. Laundry seems to be a challenge at times, despite my mom's name in her clothes...some missing, and other clothes just have no identification
When it comes to the activities this could be more because my mom doesn't participate much(her choice most of the time). The director [name removed] and [name removed], the head of nursing have been amazing to us. They are caring and compassionate and really have gotten to know my mom and her needs. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Harmony Village to other families.

My experience at Harmony Village Jackson was that it was very hard to reach the administration. They were very lax in and needed to improve their communication.
Out of all the places I checked, this was the best suited for my needs and I liked everything about it. We picked this community, becauseI liked the location, the facility and the staff. I would recommend to others.
My loved one is a fairly new resident at CareOne at Wayne Memory Care. Overall, things have been good so far. Including the cleanliness, meals, and activities. The friendliness has been great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience, it truly was a home for mom. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. We found all of the staff to be warm and welcoming. Very attentive and responsive regardless of the time of day. Nursing staff and assistant staff provided excellent, empathetic care. Food selection and preparation were very high quality. Great Day staff place needs a up grade beds have wires exposed and nurse call buttons are so out dated the overnight staff are loud and disruptive at night so much it's like they are having a party lack of attention to bathroom emergency help light 20 minutes waiting before help in a nut shell it would be a good place if 2nd shift was more supervised and resendents didn't get ignored over the night I would not recommend it to care for any one I am here for rehab and make sure you bring snacks one slice of French toast and tw... read more
