My loved one was only in the community and we were only able to visit three times prior to COVID. The community did their best to allow virtual visits at different times. This was difficult due to the medical condition and us not being able to see him in person. My loved one fell multiple times. I believe a couple of his falls could have been avoided, had the staff being more attentive. The residents let the staff know both times of the big falls when my loved one fell. The staff did let me know of any of the falls, but th... read more

Hello, My name is Alison, and I work at the Support Center. First, thank you for taking time to share your experience at Symphony at Cherry Hill. I have shared your review with our community and regional leadership team. I’d like to learn more about your concerns. If you’re open to further discussion, can you please send us a private message with your phone or email address? We’ll reach out to chat personally. Thank you again, Alison.
We chose this facility because they had availability and it was close to my sister. It was also recommended to us. From the virtual tour, the staff seemed very friendly and the facility looked very neat and clean. I liked the interaction I saw between the staff members and the residents. From what I was able to see, the the studio she is in is a good size for her. She has not complained about the food. Overall, I would recommend. They have been very accommodating and everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to ma... read more
The only problem we had with it, is that they increased the rent substantially with no notice. They had some reasons of medications that he was on, but he was only on medication with no other medical needs. We tried talking to management and they wouldn't budge. Due to this experience, we decided to bring him home. I believe we didn't really need a memory care community. The community was beautiful. The place was fine, it was just the rent that helped us make that decision of bring him home.
I will say we had a difficult time making a decision to pick a rehab facility during covid times. Reading some of the reviews didn’t help but I do take into consideration that people tend to only review negative experiences but I would like to tell you about our experience. From the start our first chats with [name removed] was so detailed and assuring we decided to go with CareOne. We were assigned another social worker also named [name removed]. She was so caring and kind. Made sure we were able to contact her at anytime. ... read more
I cannot stress enough the importance of a full DEMENTIA facility. We had mom in dementia /assisted living facility that was impressive looking and and people were nice but due to unfortunate circumstances mom was removed. With the knowledge of moms past care and the research of numerous care facilities Harmony Village is where mom lives now. The care and knowledge of Harmony's caregivers is outstanding . Their expertise is dedicated only to Dementia care. Thank You for the loving care of Mom . Your dedication and kindness i... read more
Exceptional is the word I would use to describe this center. The staff are always eager to assist. They are happy and willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and the care!
The quality of the care really exceeds all others totally. The staff there is really great! They are very gentle, kind and considerate. The family of caregivers love what they do. It makes us feel so good when we have to leave. The center is very clean, Neat and orderly. The administrator is always around and very involved, unlike other places where they hide in offices.
I was REALLY impressed with the care my father received at this facility. He stayed for more than 10 weeks, so we provided a really good test of how they performed. My father liked it immediately. He felt like he was making progress in his recovery, just by being in a place that was homier, and that encouraged him to dress in street clothes rather than a hospital gown. [Name removed] was the person who enrolled him. A huge issue for us was that he needed transportation for treatments at RWJ Hospital in New Brunswick. [Name ... read more
We thought everyone that worked here was awesome and really caring. We thought the community was very clean. The care was also very good. We did think Care One At Moorestown was a pretty good value for the price compared to other communities in the area.
