I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This is such a wonderful facility with an extremely warm, friendly and caring staff! The building is very clean and looks like a fancy hotel inside with a beautiful outside patio and seating area that I wish were in my own home. The staff feels like one big family and has gone above and beyond to help my father. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Rehabilitation and Nursing Center was a very clean community and they did their best to take care of all their patients. They're just understaffed and overwhelmed. The grounds and location are very nice. My mother's room was nice and big enough. They have activities for the seniors as well.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My Grandmother was sent here for rehab from the hospital after suffering a fall at home. The rehabilitation was great! She really enjoyed the attention and the nurses were great. I would defiantly recommend this facility. It is a pretty facility and they are currentlt remodeling. The carpets definitely need to be replaced however all that we cared about was the amazing rehab and my grandma being able to return home stronger and safer than before.

I visited this facility Stayed at care one for a total of six weeks late 2016. Nurses for the most part were excellent. Therapists were excellent. Food was horrible. Too much noise to get enough sleep. Administration disgraceful.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother is in a subacute rehab facility at Care One At Madison Avenue. We toured a few of the nursing homes, but this one seemed to be the best and the location was good. That's why we chose it. The feel and the look are excellent. So far, the staff has been good. Medicare is paying for it. The dining area is not completed yet, but it will be soon. My mother has been eating in her room and the food seems to be OK. I am/was a resident of this facility I've never been hospitalized or in a rehab in my life & being an ex-marine, I wasn't interested in staying at Care-One. After meeting & speaking Sophia M., my evening nurse, my outlook changed. There was something more to Sophia that just a nurse. Her compassion truly started the healing process. Tiffany, my morning nurse, was the icing on the cake! These individuals were a key to my outlook changing & truly enjoying my stay at Care-One. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Everyone at CareOne Hamilton has been wonderful with my brother and his wife. We had an unexpected medical emergency which required us to quickly find a place to move both of them into from their home and Jennifer (Admissions Director) went above and beyond to help us get them in and settled. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident We cant thank Care One and Staff enough for the love and care they gave our Mother - nurses, aids, food service, rehab , custodial, front desk and managers, all became part of our family. Our Mom was treated with dignity and respect - the facility itself is clean, spacious and has ongoing activities.
