Our family had an in person tour and we really thought it was a good tour experience, no issues at all.
I'd tell others that it's expensive but very clean. the community is well-managed with competent friendly and helpful people. I would recommend it especially compared to the other facilities with had experience lately.
I really liked it there. It is only memory care, which I liked. They could not take my Mom though because she had a wound on her leg. [name removed] was able to take her even with the wound.
I've been very happy with Harmony Village so far. It has been a good experience from the very beginning. The facility itself is very inviting and pleasing to the eye. The marketing person we met with initially was very accommodating. She even came in on the weekend for a second visit with another member of our family, which we appreciated. CareOne has been very good for our family. I am pleasantly surprised with the facility and how much we get for what we pay, especially compared to another facility that we experienced previously.
A couple of negatives - my loved one's clothes kept going missing, which was very discouraging. And dementia patients don't get the same quality of meals as the assisted living patients do. But the staff are friendly.
I will say you need to be aware that this facility is brand new, there are some glitches and they are working on it and get people into the facility. The staff has been wonderful and ironing out all the kinks.
The daily caregiving and nursing staff at CareOne Livingston is especially attentive to the residents. The residential facility for memory and for sub-acute care are excellent. The admission of my wife into the sub-acute care facility from the hospital was handled seamlessly by the staff at CareOne. My wife's transfer from CareOne sub-acute to CareOne memory TV care was also handled seamlessly.
