I visited this facility My cousin and I were recently challenged to find long term care for my 93 year old uncle just 6 weeks after the passing of his wife. We toured numerous facilities but Care One stood out as head and shoulders above the rest. It is deceptively understated compared to many of the other better known facilities but our decision to place our Uncle at Care One was a simple one after meeting with the staff and touring his would be room . I visited this facility I visited Care One at Teaneck and I was amazed at how beautiful it was. The renovation is beautiful. The air in the facility is also very clean. I noticed that in other facilities there is a metallic smell from all the cleaning products and the dirty carpeting. Care One at Teaneck does not have any carpeting and apparently a very good ventilation system. I also love the food. I am/was a resident of this facility After my stroke I came to Care One at Teaneck to get therapy. My therapists Delvourt and Esther were both very good. They helped me accomplish many of my goals. The nurses and aides were all very nice and came quickly when I called them. The garden backyard and newly renovated building are very beautiful. I am grateful for all that you have done for me.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Care-giving staff excellent, for my mother's increasing, inevitable, medical complications. Always groomed, as alert as could be, all promises made at her Admission, kept.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My Uncle was a patient at Care One at Wellington after having cardiac surgery. It was a scary situation for him and the staff made him and our family feel at ease. From the nursing care to the rehab staff, my Uncle left stronger, more knowledgeable about his condition and with a brighter outlook on his health. I would reccommend this facility to other patients looking for therapy and nursing care after a surgery.
I am/was a resident of this facility I've been to other facilities, and nothing else compares. They accommodated all my requests and we were to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend to others
I visited this facility I was a patient at Care One in Westwood NJ for close to three weeks after recent open heart surgery. I found every person very caring and concerned for every patient's well being. My own needs were met every single day. From the administrative folks to the OT's & PT's, to the nursing staff everyone was kind, caring and attentive to each patient. The housekeeping staff was always around cleaning as well. I definitely would recommend Care One at Valley. Karen O'Toole
