Previously saw Dr. Kelman for my dogs kennel cough and saw Dr. Minturn and his assistant Ani today. Entering I immediatly felt comfortable with the receptionists. Dr. Kelman was patient with my puppy and did a great job examining him. She was also very patient with all of my questions. Dr. Minturn was awesome with answering all of my questions and helping me get a thorough understanding of what was happening with my pup. I was very confortable there and so was my dog. Found a dog wondering the evening befor Christmas Eve. We took her in for the night and first thing I took her to this vet hospital to have her checked for microchip. When I pulled in the doors were all open and looked welcoming-the Area was clean. The young lady working (Christmas Eve) was inside cleaning when I pulled up. she was very nice and helped me find enough information on the owners that I could reunite her with them later that day!

I have been coming here for more years than I can remember. They care about your pets more than about the money. He will always give you alternatives to spending money on pricey medicine when he can. I have brought all my dogs and cats here and never had an issue. I had a Pomeranian named Ozzy, he had a very bad skin issue. I had gone to vets that have wasted a ton of my money on dips and pills that never worked. Dr. Magnet absolutely cares for the pets and animals the bad reviews are just uneducated about animals best man knows his veterinarian skills he absolutely knows he's Diagnostics when you bring in an animal the only reason why it's not a 5-star rating because his punctuality but if you want place where your animal and dear love pet is taken care of I highly recommended this place anywhere you go it's going to be a little spendy for animals and the Vets know how to hit the soft spot your heart he is not this way straight to t... read more

I don't see why the negative reviews. They really went above and beyond for my dog and I. (sad story, be prepared.) My dog Max was diagnosed with cancer of the lungs, liver, and it was starting to spread to his heart. We had no idea until we took him in for a back x-ray one day. The cancer was spreading and there was nothing that could be done. Nice calm setback location in the foothills, yet sign is high & clear from Mission & Industrial Blvds in Hayward. Dr Mangat cares and remembers diagnosis of our 5 cats and 1 dog. Twice the cases were severe of injury which were managed very well and gave us calm & peace. Availability is great and rates reasonable, which gives us peace of mind, sometimes too comfortable, which we appreciate for special cases when we drive across the bay to get there! Reliably the same Dr. Mangat who remembers our pets! Definite 5 stars.

I have been bringing my pets to see Dr.Mangat for a year now. I have 2 dogs and one very non vet friendly cat. Dr. Mangat is the only vet that can examine, administer shots and clip my cat's nails without sedating him! It takes a very knowledgable and experienced vet to do that. He also explains everything very well and makes me feel like he genuinely cares for my pets. I have had my pets 8 years altogether and could not find a vet that I trust until now. Love this place! Dr Mangat is a very nice and helpful doctor! I have taken my dog and cat to many vets all those vets that i have been to they treat you like business all they do is want to empty your pockets. Dr Mangat is very KNOWLEDGEABLE he will remain my Dogs and cats vet for life! i honestly would advice you to this place!
