I just left from this horrible place!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you want to be disrespected and want to waste your time waiting on the doctor to answer all phone calls before he helps you. Then this is the place for you. My cat was scheduled for surgery at 10am. Get there no one is there call the number and he claims his on his way shows up 25 min late it's already 10:30 and I'm still waiting on him to finish his calls. I've been going to Dr. Mangat since 2011. It has been about 10 years since I started going to this clinic, but this place seems to get worse every time I come for a visit. Dr. Mangat himself as a person isn't all that bad; in fact, he's a very kind person when you get to know him. He is more knowledgeable in certain areas, such as first vaccines and basic health. I've been putting this review off for the longest time. I used to work here very recently and honestly gave it so many chances. I do not recommend bringing your beloved pet here or being employed by Dr.Mangat. This man is unprofessional and disrespectful to his employees. The majority of receptionist who have worked here have left due to his rudeness. I'm not sure how this "business" is still operating. I came by yesterday to pick up my mom's cat and she was recommended by a friend to come here. My mom wasn't able to see the vets I take my own pets because they're maxed out on clientele. Convenience wise, it's convenient. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CONVENIENCE. As far as everything else, it's below standard. The inside is cluttered, unorganized and dirty looking. Update: for about a week and a half now I've been trying to get ahold of my pets medical records and they keep lying about sending them or some bullshit excuse. I'm sorry doctors medical records do not take a week and a half to do. Especially on something so easy as a spay. GOOD ,CARIING doctors will get them to you later that day or within 24 hours at least . I have been coming here for years now, and have come to a decision to look for another vet. Quite frankly, this place is way too expensive- $400 to vaccinate two dogs, and medication costing about $10 a pill adds up; when I researched cost for medication, vaccination and other services, it is a lot less elsewhere. I would love to blame COVID but I'm honestly not sure how this can be acceptable... I am currently fostering a dog that was "paralyzed"..she was at risk of euthanasia where I work, so I stepped in and am not fostering. She was previously seen here. We called for records THREE WEEKS ago and still nothing. Correction, we got the itemized invoice but no exam notes or X-ray results. As you can see, I have always praised Dr. M since I started bringing my dog Nikko to him in 2015; I thought he truly cared about his canine/feline patients, and it wasn't all about the money. I am extremely disappointed at this veterinary and would give it no stars if there were an option! Two weeks ago I went to get the rabies shots for my two dogs because other places are closed due to covid. Prior to the appointment I called to find out the cost and was told that each shot would be $18 plus the initial visit, which sounded like a good price.
