My 10 year old cat lost at least a third of his body mass in a year. So we made an appointment. They charged us $400 for tests. They never called back and the person answering the phone was annoyed at being asked for the info. I asked her to have them call me back with the info. They didn't. So we actually had to go there and insist on a copy of the results. No one wàs interested in talking with us about what to do next. My cat was literally crying out for help. To support my close friend, and his son/pet of 15 years, I drove them to this veterinary clinic. After a series of ailments and lack of healthy progress, they were planning the unfortunate process of letting the pet pass on. My friend had an 11:00am appointment, and on the way over, the pet passes away in the car. We arrive at the clinic at 10:54a, and no one is at the hospital. Do not take your pets here at all. We made appointment for my cat on a Tuesday and Doctor didn't come on time. We had to bring him back home and scheduled back on Thursday. The vet said cat had low temperature and he wanted to sedate and do x ray, blood and urine lab. He then prescribed pills but didn't explain what they were for until asked. I wish I would have read the reviews before I brought my kitty to get spayed . I'm crying, she's in so much ch pain, she's dirty, she smells like urine, the place smells like urine, it's dirty. This place doesn't even deserve one star actually this place should be closed for good. They killed our dog and said that he ran away. The owner is full of shit even his family that works with him are all in it I don't know what they actually do in there or if he lets his kids give vaccinations to the animals that are left to be babysat. This place is the worst pet hospital ever they are very negligent, I had gave my dog to them while I'm out of the country and they lost my pet, then to make it worse they call me a week after to tell me they couldn't find my dog. I don't even think they tried to find my dog. I'm so furious because they are located on mission blvd and industrial which is a very busy street with cars going 40-50mph. this place is awful and it's smells bad, the time management sucks. I went to get my cat spayed and when I got her back she had peed all over herself and her carrier. She was also crying a lot. Once we talked to him about her operation he informed me that she was pregnant and he took the babies out. Idk of this normal for all pet but I think he should've called me and asked if I wanted the babies but he didn't. Lastly this place is not clean a flea jumped on my cat. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody.

My indoor little Maltipoo dog... fully vaccinated, ready to be neutered... did not meet Dr Mangat requirements with vaccinations, my dog lack 2, influenza and Lymes vaccine ... I would be charged $69.00 + a follow up to complete the shots additional $69.00 +$71.00 for Dr. Fee's/Appt..... + Neutering cost.... a $100.00 voucher from the Hayward Animal Shelter I purchased. The shelter warned me about hidden cost.... This Dr. Mangat sure had them, by insisting my dog couldn't get neutered without the influenza and Lymes vaccine.... read more

DO NOT GO HERE ! Had my cat neutered here. Doctor Mangat was untimely, rude, and unprofessional. First time I came for an appt. at 10am the clinic was closed, and after calling three times Dr. M finally answered stating it would take 30 minutes for someone to come and open up. I was fine with the wait, but after seeing another review here saying they had an almost exact experience it's clear how persistent this issue is.
