Wish I could give less than 1 star. Read all other comments and reviews, I wish I did before taking my dog here. I should have known the first appointment when he made me lift my almost 11 year old German shepherd on a small table by myself with no help from vet techs, she has been here 3+ times for the same ear infection and always runs the bill up by giving medications for other things instead of finding the root of the problem and solving it long term. Infection is always back in less than 3 weeks and he wants to do same ... read more

worst vet ever. He hates dogs and treats them so badly. He also expected me who is not even 5ft tall to pick up my 100+ pound dog up on his exam table which is almost taller than me. And when I told him a physically couldn't, he got mad and grabbed my dog and slammed him on the exam table to lay on his side. It was traumatizing. My dog was being seen for seizures and in the end the doctor did nothing. No blood work, no meds, nothing. But charged me $700 to tell me to come back if he has another seizure but that he most likel... read more

horrible vet; gave my brothers dog Librela without telling my brother about the Dec 2024 FDA warnings on adverse events. My brother took his 7 year old dog who was limping to this vet. This vet suggested a new injectable, Librela, monoclonal antibodies. Within 24 hours my brothers dog began having extreme adverse events to Librela. Such as incontinence, loss of muscle control, Spasms, anorexia, lifelessness. (My brother didnt look this medication up before he agreed to let the vet give it to his dog and now he is racked with... read more

This vet is very unorganized and Dr. Saroup runs the front desk and back office and he has no assistance. He does everything himself. Don't come here for your fur baby if you love and care for them, also for vaccines because he will charge you more because he makes you comes back in 3 weeks to get the half strength of the vaccine and if you don't come back, he will say the vaccine is not good anymore. They also don't want to email your fur records to another vet. This is not a good business his running without employee to he... read more

They claimed they handle feral cats, but I had a terrible experience. When I picked up the cat, they hadn't notched or cropped its ear. They used regular stitches instead of dissolvable ones and expected me to bring the feral cat back to have them removed. Really? It's a feral cat! When I insisted on getting the ear notched, the cat escaped and ran into the office. The doctor finally caught it and went back to notch the ear. Not sure if he even sedated the poor cat. Beware--horrible experience. Not even worth a 1 star

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE Wanted my cat spade and ended up dead. Was given the excuse that they had been a complication with the anesthesia. But when they gave us the body back (wrapped in a trash bag) had bruises and a broken leg. I would not recommend for any owner who cares about the well being of their pet. Do not recommend and hope this place can be closed down.

The worst ever! The opposite of caring and they do not care about your pets. My dog was very sick, went here for blood work and the vet only cared about his upcoming trip and refused to have his receptionist email us our dog's bloodwork for another vet to do an emergency operation.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE PLS READ AND OTHER COMMENTS I took my cat here and the doctor kept trying to get me to do so many unnecessary things done and then trying to charge me $650. I kept telling him I didn't want them and I only wanted a deworming medicine. They ended charging me for thing I didn't want. ALSO I HAD TO GO BACK BECAUSE THEY CHARGED ME FOR DEWORMING AND DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME. I forgot to mention that also that place smelled and looked dirty. PLS LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS. DO NOT PUT YOUR PET IN DANGER.

They lost the remains of my pet of 15 years. I cannot believe they are allowed to stay in business. To others in a similar situation - you can dispute their charges with your credit card and get your money back due to the clear negligence of this reprehensible place
