Came to pick up records as I am going to be going to VCA. VCA has had a hard time (over a week) getting ahold of Caring Pet for my pets records. I'm here, 9:21am 8/3/19, no one is answering door or phone. There's no way I'd ever come back to Caring Pet if they can't even be accountable to open on time. I was not happy with the service they provided at my pets appointment back in April. that's why I'm now going to another vet.

They just nickel and dime ya here. I'm so not happy about that. I have been here once for my cat and the person who brings you back to the exam room just kept trying to rack up the bill. Not okay . Soo this is how I see it ....you can go to the nice vet here who will do a decent to good service for you and they will rack up your bill or you can go to a fair veterinarian clinic who are also nice people that will also do decent to good service for your beloved pet....It's a no brained for me I want fair pricing and good ser... read more

I wrote a review about this Vet. Pupdate: my Aunts dog is doing amazing now, that he is not going to this vet. No kidney problems. Isn't that amazing. Shame on this man for labeling himself a vet. Paperwork, doesn't spell it all out. You might be a dr. Of veterans but it's about money not the pet you love.

AVOID THIS OFFICE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!!! The kennals are dirty and the doctor is not gental or caring with your pet at all. Let alone they will try and take as much money as they can from you. I had called this place to get a spay and ear clip. I was told one price, and when I arrived for the appointment it was another. Once I was told the price again I left my puppy for the surgery, when I picked her up the price had gone up another $200 .The Dr does not communicate with the staff well at all. This guy has a habit of not having his clinic open on time. 1st time, he was 15 min late and then took another 10 min to get his computer running and get himself organized. I can forgive once, things happen, but then again today? I arrived at 9am and found his clinic closed, again, and called his voicemail. He called back at 9:10a to say he was still 20 min out, stuck in traffic. Now that I've turned to Yelp, I see other people have had the same experience. Don't bother with this guy. If I could choose to give a zero stars I totally would. my 2 month old puppy was staying there for a boarding while i left out of the state just for over the weekend.I left her here thinking she would be in good hands after being referred here by a friend.As soon as i walked in i smelt a horrible stench and i noticed there was no AC running either. Do NOT go to this animal care facility. I would give it ZERO STARS if possible. I came in after my 10 year old yorkie dog was attacked by another, very large dog. The veterinarian was "in the bathroom" when I first came in. I was panicking and worried about my dog and asked to have her looked at right away, since there was not a single car in the parking lot and absolutely no one in the waiting room. I don't recommend this place at all.Dr is not good not friendly at all. I took my dog there he couldn't diagnose how bad my dog was and my dog died. I paid him for other treatment which my dog never seen for. He never paid my money back. I have to call him so many time to remind him. He never returns the call.

Although I have never been a client here, I did do a 4hour working interview, and let me say after that experience I would never bring my pets here. This working interview was awful! The doctor had me make a phone call to a client to let them know their pet's ashes had arrived and I was mortified, why would you ask someone with no experience and with no guidance to do something so personal?!
