Everything's been fine Until I tried to pay off my loan on Friday She told me I have to wait 30 60 90 days which did I want? Hello!! I wanted to pay it off then
They pull credit without authorization.
When you pay off your loan the hold your money and try to continue to charge you interest. The also hold your money to keep from releasing your title. I paid my loan off in March and still can’t get a title to sell my mobile home. Have a buyer but no title.
HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE CASCADE!! I applied for a loan with Cascade for a construction to perm loan July 2018 here I am Sep 2018 and not only have I not been able to physically talk to someone until it came to the very end for the 3rd end. unfortunately, we have no control over the appraisal. this consumers frustration is understandable. to try to purchase a home on land and to find out that the value isn't there is a very unfortunate situation. however, we came back with a viable option. our job is to do our best for the consumer and sometimes appraisers take a very long time to give us bad news that we then have to give to the consumer. we wish we could get every loan funded, but value is often an issue.
So we've been working with cascade since 5/16/18.We applied for an FHA loan. which at first they sent us info about a conventional loan. So we had to call them back and let them know again that we were interested in a fha. So on 6/1/18, he was maxed out for a fha loan ,and we were happy with the numbers .. We sent all the indy they needed to get everything rolling. Horrible customer service. Emily is incredibly rude and just has a very "bill collector" attitude, yet I have never missed a payment nor have I ever been over 30 days late the entire time I have had my mortgage. I understand they need to call for various things, but when I pointed out how rude she was being, Emily told me "she was returning the favor" . Really the overall experience was one star, with that said Jocelyn was very pleasant and helpful. The processor that was assigned however, Kelly B., was a nightmare. She was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. All of these "qualities", I could have tolerated for a short period if I was given reassurance that she knew what she was talking about, but her conversation within the first five minutes of speaking with her proved absolutely otherwise. My wife and I was working with Cascade on a Modular Home loan with Nicole whom was very unhelpful. Earlier Processors of the loan were very helpful; however, Nicole found it to be necessary to be rude on the phone and put us on dead lines to get her information. I should add Nicole was the third Processor we had in the 4 month process to get to where we were in the loan process. We had paid cash for our land and the home was a second thought.
