Honestly if I could leave a lower score I would. So far everything has gone well with Cascade in the past year. The loan approval, terms, and delivery of our home was satisfactory. Unfortunately the customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered. Never in my life have I been belittled & talked down to by someone who reportedly has “High Customer Satisfaction.” Their “Experienced Helpful Staff” is to say at the very LEAST poorly trained & NOT ready to meet the needs of their customers. Initially very good the original mortgage person was on top of everything. But there has been no communication after the signing of disclosure documents last email I sent was a week ago and no awnser. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m just a poor Irish Jew? Maybe they don’t want to do business with me? Whatever the reason steer clear.

Company is not upfront with you about information about your loan process. Then they'll modify the loan after closing and change the info on you without being open on the changes and then tell you that you're in default if you dont sign. They're difficult to talk to. They'll promise calls back and not follow through. Only care about getting loans and their money, not about their customers. Wish I could give a worse rating. Dont deal with them if you can avoid it I'm just at the beginning of the process with them. Praying it ... read more

An absolute nightmare to work with this company! Most of them are very rude! They made a mistake on my billing a year ago and its been a mess ever since. I was told two months ago they applied my payment to a different part of the account and credit was not shown, not sure what that means. I have asked for a payment history statement on four occasions, still haven't received it. I get statements saying I owe four payments but when I call they tell me its up to date. When you pay off your loan the hold your money and try to continue to charge you interest. The also hold your money to keep from releasing your title. I paid my loan off in March and still can’t get a title to sell my mobile home. Have a buyer but no title.

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE CASCADE!! I applied for a loan with Cascade for a construction to perm loan July 2018 here I am Sep 2018 and not only have I not been able to physically talk to someone until it came to the very end for the 3rd end. First time around everything was approved and moving only to get to the appraisal and them to come back and say out of a $228,000 loan $278,000 financed amount they wanted $100,000 down payment to make up for the appraisal as they were comparing my new built home to Old Single wide homes o... read more

unfortunately, we have no control over the appraisal. this consumers frustration is understandable. to try to purchase a home on land and to find out that the value isn't there is a very unfortunate situation. however, we came back with a viable option. our job is to do our best for the consumer and sometimes appraisers take a very long time to give us bad news that we then have to give to the consumer. we wish we could get every loan funded, but value is often an issue.

So we've been working with cascade since 5/16/18.We applied for an FHA loan. which at first they sent us info about a conventional loan. So we had to call them back and let them know again that we were interested in a fha. So on 6/1/18, he was maxed out for a fha loan ,and we were happy with the numbers .. We sent all the indy they needed to get everything rolling.
