We are pleased that Cass was able to make it out to our tenants so quickly. They were able to identify and solve the problem quickly. When the tenant damage was notable, they provided the proper documentation. They returned to complete service when needed and offered competitive rates and options for further remedies. Our tenants are happy with the job they did. And so are we.
Company sent experienced plumber to fix problem. Courteous, expedient, ability to explain problem. Most of all, came with high Company business rating. Am changing to them as well due to no price gouging.
A little expensive but it was after hours on a Friday night. Was fix a couple hours after calling.

I contacted Cass Plumbing around 6 p.m. after discovering a cracked leaking PVC pipe near my water meter. They responded promptly and arrived the next day. The technician was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The price was fair and the repair was completed quickly. I was so grateful to have running water again!!! Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Cass Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

Steve was an awesome tech! Professional, honest and thorough. He had our system up and running in minutes. We asked that he perform a maintenance on our water softener system and he emptied the old salt, cleaned, then provided new salt and softeing agent. He cleaned up the debris and all for a fair price. We're thrilled to have a company we can trust to help us with all our plumbing needs now!
