I love HorseTown! I have been shopping here for years! All the staff is great! Ask for Jordan, she is the best! She goes the extra mile to make sure you are.happy! Definitely worth the trip. Huge selection of boots and they even have Lucchesse!! Enjoy!

BEST place to buy JEANS!!!!! I've never been able to find a pair of jeans that fit me properly. It takes me hours to try on a million pairs of jeans to buy ones that sort of fit me. A friend told me to go to Horsetown and ask for CAROLYN. SHE IS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN!!!!! She basically took one look at me and knew exactly what would fit me and how it would fit. It was amazing. I was concerned after reading some negative reviews that I would have difficulty exchanging some boots that were given to me as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff very easy to work with. Nikki, the staff member which helped me, was courteous, professional and knew the inventory. She waited on me for about about 2 hours to help me find boots that I loved and that fit well, smiling the entire time. Great experience!
It is so easy for people to make comments about bad experiences at stores and restaurants. I decided this year I would take the time to recognize establishments that I go into that have great service. This is one of those stores. Yes you might get asked several times if you need help. If you are like me and have no interest in boots and cowboy gear, you should still check this place out for the ... stuffed animals, you know the taxidermi kind. I could not get over how many different animals are in this place! Squirrels, snakes, raccoons, chipmunks - it's crazy! This was the first time I've seen most of these animals up close - thank goodness they're dead lol
Huge collection of boots and western outfit. They have free shipping and free return. Their prices mostly match all other similar shops.
I love this place. It's far for me now, but whenever I'm in the area I always stop in since I've been a customer for the bast 16 years. The selection is great and I bought a new English saddle from here a decade ago and it's still going strong.
The boot selection is beyond huge. The nicest staff ever and open late. Great place to fine riding apparel for beginners.
