It was good experience to buy a car with the Hyundai dealer in White Plains but location is not good and too small for showroom.

I went to look at a 2012 Mini Cooper 33,000miles immediately after looking under it there was oil all over the oil pan and oily residue on the transmission and the tires were very worn. The car drove well but the tire pressure light was on. Upon going inside to talk about the price we waited 2 hrs to finally see a surprising number of about 15k when the original price was $10,650. I took a vehicle 'elantra 2015' on lease from this dealer, at the time of lease it was told me that 2 years bumper to bumper and regular services are free, but no details are mentioned in the contract. Also told that all the agreed terms will be applicable wherever (any state) I go in USA. Waited and waited 5hrs..unorganized. No one could find the 2nd set of keys. Told to come back 3 days later.they still didnt find them. Back and forth

My sales rep. was very good but the organization is horrible and did not help him at all to make a good impression. Too much joking around and the wait is way too much... I spent more than 5 hours in the dealer.. I will not recommend this delear.

New ownership! Only positive or above average experience was with the finance manager, Mr. John Molina. Manager, Rolando Vargas, did work with me to get me to get the deal done, as well as to explain the sales process and answer pertinent questions that my sales person could not...though it took a long time, compared to my previous experience at the same dealership!
Don't even bother getting a quote over the phone from this place - they claim they'll "match any price", but when you show up they find a way to add thousands of dollars in extra fees to make up the difference. Worst buying experience ever.
