Stay far away from here if you want to buy a car unless you are happy to overpay by thousands of dollars. This is a horrible "tell us what price you need and we won't let you leave the office until you do" kind of negotiation. After telling me 6 ways that the price they were giving me was the very best possible and they were losing money on the deal, I made one phone call to Potamkin Hyuundai and got a price that was over $2,500 lower for a car with better features. Not Satified because I was not told that the car did not come with Sirrus radio, as I stated. I also never got too see the car before I signed the paper work. They put the plates on the car before i had a chance to see it.

It would have been nice to deal with professional people. Just once to find a car dealership with a staff not trying to take advantage of their customers by not telling them everything upfront. This is NOT that place.

Different price , higher price to take the car home It was a Tucson SE Plus 2017 lease Negotiation was set at $255 monthly and $1600 down But the bad surprise came the time to sigh the papers And I ended up paying $1800 down and $275 mountly This was a kind of dishonesty of the dealership

I was interested because they seemed to have great 4th of July promotions going on but I should have known it was not going to be a pleasant experience since they refused to give me specific numbers over email (despite my many requests). Still I dropped in and ended up walking out - 2 hours later - feeling very aggravated. I wouldn't go as far to say this place is a fraud because the numbers they gave me were definitely high but not unreasonable. Bad experience, a lot of lying going around. I will not be back to that place. The people that I've dealt with there lied about lease payments , down payment and everything changed . Also they said that my credit score of 728 according to the credit report they got is a Tier 3!!!!!!

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL! These people need EXTREME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. To be fair, perhaps not all, but JC and Andrew really need it. I visited the showroom on May 15th to check out the possibility of my granddaughter leasing a car. JC & Andrew gave me a quote. I was visiting my daughter. My granddaughter & I were leaving on a trip the next day. I said she would visit in about 2 weeks. She did and the figures I was given was not the figures given her. From the time I walked into the dealership (10AM) it took over 6 hours to complete the transaction. The Finance person (Joel) was very shady in the way he conducted business. Tried to overcharge me on the interest rate of purchasing the car. After questioning him about it, the high rate magically was cut in half. Other customers who were in the waiting area for service, which was right next to the desk we were sitting at, came out to tell us that the finance guy screwed them on their purchase and to be careful with him. I spend to much time waiting to get things done. Having a team meeting while customers waiting to be serve. Not good at all. Waiting on approvals for prices discount which I did not receive.
