"Ripped off by thousands in fees" This place will add on thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary fees! Do Not Recommend. Plus no one emails back. The parts department never picks up. The slimy finance guy told me they "don't keep records of how much they advertise cars for." What a joke! I asked them for a detailed breakdown of my purchase and they said they can't do that.
"Beware crazy extra charges!" The salesman tried to add $1700 on dealer charges after advertising a car for $19000. Six other dealers all add on chargers ranging from $400-800. But this place tops them all. Make sure you go to other places before you sign anything. You can save a lot of $!!!!!
"WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! " This is my 3rd car that I have purchased and they have made this whole experience a nightmare. They sold me a lemon and I have had issues with this vehicle since day 1 and voiced my opinions loud and clear to no avail. "Awful dealership " I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I drove 250 miles for a car just for them to tell me they sold it. Then the car I traded in for was filthy I had to change the oil and the battery too there were scratches all over it and they told me they’d take care of it Absolutely awful dealership
"Would not recommend " I originally found the car online and from what I saw I loved it. I get there and we immediately hop in the car I was interested in for a test drive and everything was fine. We then get back to the dealership and as we are still outside looking at the car another employee hops in and moves it right in front of us. Angel apologizes and says it was poor timing. "Very disappointing experience!" I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership for many reasons. The salesman was friendly at first, until we started to negotiate the price of a used car I was interested in. I didn't like that they added around $1500 in additional "fees" to the on-line listed price, beyond the standard tax, title, and registration fees. "A group of snakes" Sold a CPO vehicle that didn't meet the CPO checklist standards. Had issues with the wheels and had to go back and forth with these crooks for a month and a half.
"Verify all fee's and payments for prior lease before signin " I recently leased a new Hyundai Tuscon from here. I had an existing lease that I had several lease payments left on. As part of my agreement to lease a new car with them, they agreed that they would pay the remaining lease off. Unfortunately, on the agreement, they only wrote down the remaining lease payments. "They don't care about costumer." I purchased a used Honda CR-V from this dealer on December 26th,had pay full in cash,salesman Ray Perez and Fabio Gomez behind. 1.- The car was DIRTY inside when I did the drive test,Mr Perez told me that they were supposedly clean it (looking like new)when delivery to me.Next day they delivered to me same way as I drove the day before. 2.-On my way to work I see the letter that say "check fuel cap" on the dashboard.
