First I waited over 5 hours after I agreed to buy the car to complete the purchase. NO ONE take to me during the 5 hours, I had to keep asking and my salesperson started helping another customer, very unprofessional! When I completed the paper work with a manager he seemed he didn't even care I waited so long. I think they forgot about and only cared because it was closing time when they completed my paperwork. We walked in at 10 am walked out of the dealership at 2pm with no car. We called in initially to see if a car listed on the site was available still before we drove over to come in. They stated it was available after driving around their lot it was not available. They decided to give us another car with 2,000 off. Seems great right?! Wrong! I have had a completely horrible experience here. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to trade my pre-existing lease for, and right off the bat the appointment hadn't even been put in the system (even though I had called ahead). Five hours later, we are being given the runaround because they can't find the second key. Totally frustrated, we left without the second key (or even a valet key) and were promised it would be ready the next week. Well, that was in AUGUST and I have still not gotten the key. This is the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at a dealership (we purchased a new Sonata). I honestly don't know how they're still in business. Our tags/plates/registration were delayed for weeks without any explanation; I had to take Uber to work because my temporary in-transit permit was so expired. Buying a car in itself is stressful. Having to buy a car out of the blue an in a rush the worst. My was rear ended and my newly purchased car was totaled. We did not have the mental or financial footing to haggle anything. It was totally unnecessary. Joel, John and Melvin run all our options, We were still not comfortable the monthly payment due to our budget, but Melvin worked out for us. We appreciate very much what they did for us. Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. We met with Jose, a salesmen. We gave him a number we had from another dealership, he said they would match. Over an hour and a half later, they magically said they couldn't match it and where way off. We have an eight month old baby, and wasted Out Sunday being completely played. Doesn't get too much more disgusting and dishonest than that.

I did not know that dealerships like this still existed. without going into a long story. Twice they agreed to lease deal and twice they reneged on the agreement. After a few days of negotiations they agreed we agreed to a lease amount on a New Genesis. I have confirming text messages from the sales rep Luis Oliver. I made an appointment to pick up the car, as I walked in Luis tells me my car is getting prepped. To start off I received and offer from capital one, I was approved for a loan to finance. I just purchased a lemon and had to go to court to get my money back so this was a breath of fresh air. I was looking for a couple of vehicles but huyndai was exactly what I needed. My bank only works with a couple of dealers and this huyndai was one of them. They tell you they can do one thing and when it's time to pick up a car it changes. They gave me a number which I then countered with a number $20 a month less on a lease. They gave me 398 a mont for 36 months and 12k miles. I came back at 378 and they said they could not. We then agreed to 390 with just first payment up front. It included motor vehicles as agreed. This is a fake review by a broker who lied about where he worked and never step foot in our showroom. I usually refrain from responding to such scammers. I've reported this review to Dealerrater as a fraud. He refused to pay the Mandatory NYS DMV Fees while discussing a potential deal over the phone with one of my Managers, Again NEVER CAME TO HYUNDAI OF WHITE PLAINS.
