I arrived to pick up the g80 with a bank check and what I thought were the final numbers. only to be told that the "bank" (Hyundai financial) deemed my credit to be less than was discussed the night before. horrible experience. They gave me the vehicle and took it back after 3weeks saying that the bank didn't approve my loan. They why the xxxx did they give me that vehicle.

I had purchaser 2017 Hyundai Santa fe sport Ultimate. Deal was done by the owner Mr. Melvin. But after two weeks of waiting i still didn't get my registration and when i asked to the GM( Mr. William), he said that the bank didn't apporove me. What a joke. They gaveme the car. It was Agreed with my salesman that I would get the same car for the same payment with the same features. Unfortunately I was told I could not get a remote aftermarket starter ( the same as my 2015 Elantra had without paying an extra $15 dollars per month. I firmly believe that my salesman was being pressured by his sales manager. So I left with my 2017 Elantra Very Unhappy! What I want to know is, will Hyundai install my a remote starter at no additional expense for me ?

I have a 2017 sonata just got it in September . Today 1/23/17 I had a check engine light come on while driving . Called Hyundai got first a rude lady telling over and over there policy not finding or even suggesting any solution . IF I brought in my car it would have to stay there for 24 hours to see if they can find the problem ,know that this my only transportation and I live in ct. Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Drove it, liked it, and sat down to talk. Salesman came back with $13,400 as an out-the-door price! Trying to charge $1600 for detailing, $900 processing, and on and on. They said the new tires and brakes that were included in the advertising (cars.com) were additional! I expected to pay taxes and tags, but an additional $4000+ on a $9000 car is comical and criminal! I think I got an okay deal but it was not easy. I felt pressure to to make an immediate decision which I did not like. The pressure was more from management than my salesperson. I wish I had done more research before I had gone in but overall I felt I did alright.
From beginning to end of the two day, 14 hour ordeal of purchasing two vehicles at this dealership, there was literally nothing but unprofessionalism, misleading & contradicting information, no level of customer service or urgency from the Owner of the dealership OR the senior management and NO attempt at all to rectify two long days worth of headache, aggravation and total and complete lack of moral and ethical business practices.
