Do NOT waste your time with Hyundai of White Plains! They show a great price online that does NOT include miscellaneous fee amounts which they will not reveal until you go there in person, test drive the specific car and agree to buy the car at their advertised price (fees not included). That is ridiculous!!! I wanted to buy the car with no financing, and was not trading in a car. The salespeople are nice, but I did not go there to hang out and waste my time! I bought a car somewhere else 2 days later with no problems.

This is another reason why car dealerships get such raps. I went there after setting a appointment with their online reps to look at two used cars. When they did show me the cars they were in what look like an abandon lot that unfortunately had homeless people living near the cars. Really !!! Very strange set up for car dealership. Buyer beware !!!

Came in for a cheap used car, and Bryant ended up getting me into a lease when I thought I wasnt able to lease....happy in my new sonata

The sales people do not know what they are talking about. They should get to know the cars before they try to sell them. They are con artists in suits. They tell you one price and then tack on "add on fees" Save your time and energy and go somewhere else!!
I purchased a used Toyota Highlander in February along with an extended warranty. I cancelled the warranty a week later and I STILL have not been reimbursed by the dealership. I have left several messages, emails and faxes and have not received a call back. The dealership was supposed to refund me almost $3,000 back in March but once they made their sale, they refused to have any contact me. I will be contacting my lawyer as well as the better business bureau.

never go to this dealor ship alone. make sure you bring some one with you, and preferably have your conversations taped. the reason is that what they do is throw on additional fees in the end, way more than I have ever seen any where else.
I have leased all 3 of my cars from Hyundai however my first 2 experiences were very pleasant because the young lady attending me both times sat with me and gave me her undivided time and attention and explained all the details and tried her best to give me a good deal which was to my satisfactory. I have dealt with another Hyundai dealership for my first car and I had the absolute worst experience. I thought all hope was lost until I went into the Hyundai of White Plains
The experience of buting a car shouldnt make you want to throw up because of stress. Once you sign a contract you shouldnt have to come in again and re sign for errors.
