I made an appointment to get my blood drawn... showed up and waited an hour, nurse says I'm sorry I don't have your orders, can't draw your blood, make another appointment Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to see the psych doctor... they scheduled me on a day they're closed, even though I asked them multiple times to confirm they would be open Picture of professionalism

FIRST OF ALL DONT HANG SOMEONE ON HOLD FOR A HALF HOUR AND THEN HANG UP ! Try answering the phone and maybe someone can get something done ! Super pissed I've been on hold 3 times today and still HAVE YET to speak to ANYONE. This is bs no one is this busy you can't answer a phone. And whoever hung up...

This is the worst medical facility i have ever had to deal with in my life!!! I made an appt in Sept to see my PCP... ONE WEEK BEFORE THE APPT THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED. I made a subsequent appt to see my PCP for the third week in October ONE WEEK BEFORE THE APPT THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED. I raised a stink and they finally scheduled me with another doctor. This place lost my lab results. I've had this condition for a month now. They retook the test. They want me to wait another 3 weeks for another appointment. That's a total of seven weeks.

my bad experience is with the Lab. I wish they would give us an order for lab, and you could go to any major Lab where you could be seen right away, but since this clinic want to corner the health market, and they force you to have all those services, lab, xrays, etc at their premises, you have no choice but to go there. I had an appointment for lab, I was fasting, and they didn't have anything earlier than 10:30 am, then they moved it for 10:45, I arrived at 10:40 and was seen at 11:50! i was hungry, with headaches, and th... read more

I've been coming here for the past few years. Always seen the same Dr. My script was ready to be filled today so I call to find out what was going on with it. Turns out my general practitioner is no longer in that medical group. Did they try to inform me? No... Will they tell me where he's at now?... No. So now I have to wait until the 18th to see this new Dr to get my script. I was seeing a nurse practitioner (Lee Bella Mandap, NP) for help with anxiety and sleep disorder. Got the meds i needed for several months. She suddenly reduced my dosage due to a supposed FDA warning. I disagreed and filed a complaint with the medical insurance company. When i came to see her for a subsequent follow up visit, she refused to see me because I complained about her. Thats called "retaliation". Problems with other health practitioners (except psychologist). Would not recommend this facility at all.

After waiting 15 on hold I was hung up on, after waiting another 15 I finally got to talk to someone who then hung up on me after a minute or two. So rude and un-professional. If they are too cheap to hire staff that can treat people with a little respect they should not be in the health care business
