Male doctor who was seeing me was the most persistent sales man for the covid vaccine. I was going to take it. But after seeing how hard this doctor tried to sale me on it and was trying to make me feel bad for not taking it earlier. I didn't even say i was against it or anything along those lines. Worst experience ever went there coz I broke my ankle and needed pain meds before I see my orthopedic. Well they put potential Covid patient next to me then when doc yelled at them .. they sprayed Lysol directly towards my side of the room which is separated by a curtain so the smell rashes right up my nose and to my head. Went to take the kid for a physical as primary doctor wasn't available and they would do at urgent care (it could be done by assistant and they stated they could not do) I have seen this place bend sideways for all people that speak Spanish but not for English speaking. They even greet in Spanish. For example, during COVID they had a one person policy, however when doing outside consult, they let the entire family in (which was only Spanish speaking). Where's the ZERO Star option? Apparently continuity of care is not an option at this total joke of health care provider. End of APR I called in a needed refill, it was filled. Three weeks later, I call for appointment with primary to see me after surgery to be told my primary is gone. I don't like this Clinic because they always take so long to answer the phone and sometimes when they answer they hang up. Bad Service
While the actual doctors at this clinic were capable and professional. Nothing but excuses and passing of the buck from other employees and the entire clinic reeked of cigarette smoke. Had I not been injured while in the area, with a fractured foot, I would not have gone here for care. Additionally, following each visit, I became very ill.
I was hesitant enough to make an appointment at this place due to the other reviews. I guess I learned my lesson. The front desk/MA staff were all kind and efficient, but as soon as this "doctor" walked in, I knew I was screwed. What a fucking absolute JOKE. I'll never be back here and they should really look into his credentials. The WORST provider I could ever imagine. And that's an understatement. Don't go here. You'll be sorry.
Been coming here since I moved to the valley. At first it was okay, then one day I come in for an appointment, and they tell me the Dr I'm was seeing is no longer there. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I had an appointment with my pain management Dr, my days off at work changed, so I call to change my appointment day. I visited the office in Desert Hot Springs. The staff is rude they are uncaring The Pcp is rude don't care about your issues has no bedside manner. They won't even help you fill out important medical disability forms .They just want to collect the money for the visit and pass you to someone else.
