I don't like this Clinic because they always take so long to answer the phone and sometimes when they answer they hang up. Bad Service
While the actual doctors at this clinic were capable and professional. Nothing but excuses and passing of the buck from other employees and the entire clinic reeked of cigarette smoke. Had I not been injured while in the area, with a fractured foot, I would not have gone here for care. Additionally, following each visit, I became very ill.
I was hesitant enough to make an appointment at this place due to the other reviews. I guess I learned my lesson. The front desk/MA staff were all kind and efficient, but as soon as this "doctor" walked in, I knew I was screwed. What a fucking absolute JOKE. I'll never be back here and they should really look into his credentials. The WORST provider I could ever imagine. And that's an understatement. Don't go here. You'll be sorry.
Been coming here since I moved to the valley. At first it was okay, then one day I come in for an appointment, and they tell me the Dr I'm was seeing is no longer there. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I had an appointment with my pain management Dr, my days off at work changed, so I call to change my appointment day. I visited the office in Desert Hot Springs. The staff is rude they are uncaring The Pcp is rude don't care about your issues has no bedside manner. They won't even help you fill out important medical disability forms .They just want to collect the money for the visit and pass you to someone else. I began having flu like symptoms that came on rapidly and strong around 7pm this past Monday evening. Let me preface that I have been a Registered Nurse for 24 yrs and know that if given Tamiflu early enough, symptoms can often be reduced. I had a friend take me to Borrego Urgent Care who is also a Masters level educated Registered Nurse. I signed in at 7:30pm and filled out paperwork. Don't go!!! This office is straight out of the Twilight Zone. Horrible thiefs! They will make your appointment on false pretenses, telling you yes, they can help with your ailment. Then once you've paid your copay and actually "see" somebody, they tell you they can't help you. They don't wish to help you. They won't help you if you need a prescription. When i saw two stars overall rating for this place, i was shocked....shocked that it had any stars. Heres my experience with this place that should be completely shut down. I was visiting from Oregon when I began to have chest and head pain. I went here. I was hooked up to an ekg machine that read that I was fine. A nurse or admin came in and said they were waiting to see if I should go to an ER. Two then came in and said they were having difficulties with my insurance, oregon health plan medicaid. Lee Bella .Mandap is the most caring and genuinely compassionate person at this location but the appointment setters need some guidance and collaboration with each other and they need to get a better phone system for appointments..Makes absolutely no sense to be on hold for 30 plus minutes..They need more Jocelyns Edith and Liz's
