Daniel Williams is the doctor here apparently but is he really? what kind of doctor he? a fake one?!! the lady in the front told me that he never took a test of something for me when i was told that they did take a test for me and that doctor said he would prescribe me some medicine anyways even tho the test said i was okay. you know this is just crazy! Daniel Williams needs to get fired!! not right, not cool especially if someone else needed something serious than me.

This place is a joke. My son has a tibial fracture in which he needed to be referred to ortho for further treatment. I called the office numerous times only to get a on call center that doesn't even relay information correctly. I physically had to go into the office for my son to get seen in person after they tried scheduling him a week later. They told us they would send an "urgent referral for ortho". I called his insurance and there was no referrals pending..needless to say they can't do nothing right. Don't come here. Pa... read more

Visiting the desert for a conference and started to develop awful symptoms of post nasal drip, heavy chest, right tonsil swollen with white spots etc. I called this urgent care 3 times trying to see if I arrived before they close in 20 mins and no one answered. I then arrived to urgent care and the front desk receptionist and another male in scrubs was standing there. They advised they are closing and the doctor will not see me as they close in 20 mins. It's crazy at this clinic they don't answer the phones they a answering service which can't reach the clinic they never call you back even if you leave a message

This has got to be the worst medical facility in the valley, my name is Gilbert Salinas and I am a patient of doctor Acha, the medical staff here cannot even refill a prescription without a appointment that way I guess they can build the insurance which seems is all they care about, even after I asked for appointment they give you one a month away, I could be dead by then without my medication, so please do not use this facility as your primary care physician and I am in the process of changing mine.

They don't care about their patients. It's difficult to get an appointment with a doctor, if you leave a message they will not call you back. You will not be able to get medication if you're between visits. They do not have enough doctors on staff. They will accuse you if they've made a scheduling error. They will be rude to you. It's a very badly run business. Do not use them, they stink.

Is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I called Saturday afternoon to find out at what time the urgent care clinic in Cathedral City closed. After pressing option 1, I was put on hold with the music for 20 minutes straight. I hung up and called back, and the same thing happened. They couldn't care less about patients. This was today Saturday, June 11th at 3:50 pm.

I called to see if they could test for strep throat. I waited on the phone for 3:19 before they hung up on me. Never got through. Never got a chance to talk to anybody. I called a second time and knew which keys to press. This time I got through after almost 5 minutes. I asked if they tested for strep throat and how much it would be. A polite male did not know and put me on hold to find out. Ten minutes later the answer was I'd have to call the Borrego Billing dept to find out how much the test kit costs.
