Visiting the desert for a conference and started to develop awful symptoms of post nasal drip, heavy chest, right tonsil swollen with white spots etc. I called this urgent care 3 times trying to see if I arrived before they close in 20 mins and no one answered. It's crazy at this clinic they don't answer the phones they a answering service which can't reach the clinic they never call you back even if you leave a message

This has got to be the worst medical facility in the valley, my name is Gilbert Salinas and I am a patient of doctor Acha, the medical staff here cannot even refill a prescription without a appointment that way I guess they can build the insurance which seems is all they care about, even after I asked for appointment they give you one a month away, I could be dead by then without my medication, so please do not use this facility as your primary care physician and I am in the process of changing mine.

They don't care about their patients. It's difficult to get an appointment with a doctor, if you leave a message they will not call you back. You will not be able to get medication if you're between visits. They do not have enough doctors on staff. They will accuse you if they've made a scheduling error. They will be rude to you. It's a very badly run business. Do not use them, they stink.

Is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I called Saturday afternoon to find out at what time the urgent care clinic in Cathedral City closed. After pressing option 1, I was put on hold with the music for 20 minutes straight. I hung up and called back, and the same thing happened. They couldn't care less about patients. This was today Saturday, June 11th at 3:50 pm.

I called to see if they could test for strep throat. I waited on the phone for 3:19 before they hung up on me. Never got through. Never got a chance to talk to anybody. I called a second time and knew which keys to press. This time I got through after almost 5 minutes. I asked if they tested for strep throat and how much it would be. A polite male did not know and put me on hold to find out. Ten minutes later the answer was I'd have to call the Borrego Billing dept to find out how much the test kit costs. I am only giving this review 1 star because I have to. This office is so unorganized and unprofessional it is amazing. If you have any other choice besides this office I advise you to take it. It will save you lots of headaches. I have tried to be patient and understanding but today was my last straw. I had an early appointment with DR Ashraf Zadshire and once I got to the office I was told DR was not in today. No phone call, no email, no notification what so ever.

My father is a long-term patient here at Borrego health cathedral city. My father is an older man who is illiterate and requires plenty of assistance filling out paperwork. I, unfortunately, cannot attend all of his doctor appointments because of my job. My father is a victim of neglect and mistreatment by staff. He's ignored and shown zero compassion. They have had some staff changes and things are getting better. I am having my phone calls returned and explained what is going on by the staff. The PA had no understanding or social skills so I will be switching to someone else. If your not going to listen to the situation when it wasn't my fault. The process was done wrong in the beginning and now I have to explain it over again.
