Unfortunately I had to bring my kids to this clinic knowing how they operate... now I'm pass the 2wk mark and I have yet to hear from their referral coordinator Regarding a Neuro referral for my daughter who is still suffering from headaches. At any medical setting you have a 7day waiting period to get prior authorization response from the insurance company and get back to your patient's.... sorry but this is horrible patient care and sorry but I'm taking my concerns elsewhere

I had two bad experiences here. I had tonsillitis which is my tonsils were so swollen I couldn't swallow food and painful to drink water. I went in to get antibiotics or something to help me. The doctor was in the room with me for like less than 10 mins and she literally handed me mortin and Advil. I just couldn't believe it. My second visit I went to get blood drawn out and the girl that was doing it looked like she was a trainee. She poked my left arm three times and she couldn't find my vein. Once again, a horrible experience at this place (not a shocker) For starters, I was waiting in test results (Monday would be 3 weeks) I was promised a call back, and no one bothered to even give me a phone call. I have to make the phone call and I'm told I need to go for a follow up, couldn't have the results over the phone. The doctors are not very experienced with their work. A certain female doctor made an unnecessary comment about my weight. They take the longest time ever just to get you in a room. Once you're in the room, it's about a 15-45 minute wait. The doctors are talking amongst theirselves in their office instead of working.

Disgusting place with disgusting staff. They treat everyone poorly & talk about patients like they're the worst enemy. Awful behavior. Definitely not patient care focused like they claim to be. They're more focused on how they can get away with doing the least amount of work while still collecting a check. The young ladies had a lot to say about myself, my child & several other patients. Why does it say you're open Sunday 8-12 on your doors if you are closed? Very misleading and unprofessional.

Great place to go if you have no insurance but be prepared to be prescribed drugs that they will refuse to refill and not give you a reason why or even bother to return your calls. Even my pharmacy couldn't get a return call and said they've had problems with CM for a while adding, "They're not very easy to get along with". The front office staff is wonderful, my doctors are wonderful, but if the refill process puts patients' lives at risk then they clearly need to be investigated. Can we give negative stars? I've never experienced a Drs. Office (not sure if there are actually any Doctors) quite like this. I have been there for many things and not sure why I'm still there. Waiting for open enrollment to change my primary and then I am so out of there. Do not go there if you want to be treated for any kind of pain!
