I'm so over this country's medical system, I don't know how anyone but the super wealthy find it useful. I made an appointment that I had to wait 2 1/2 months for just to finally get to this much anticipated day to have the doctor NOT show up. Yet, I'm forced to have health insurance that is completely useless.

I was seen today buy some older doctor after waiting almost 2 hours for a ingrown toenail that I had removed once but when he walked in all I got was a visual assessment from like 5 ft away and I thought it being removed would be the best thing but instead all he did was prescribe antibiotics for it when I was bloody and in pain and just walked out this is by far the worst treatment by a doctor I've ever had I would've liked to leave negative stars

I have called again for the second time to get a call back. I'm not sure why there's a call-center now? Plenty of front desk employees to answer calls. I need a MRI done. I visited the ER already and was told to get a referral from my doctor. CALL YOUR PATIENTS BACK!!!!

I called to make an appointment as a new patient to get a medical clearance for an upcoming surgery. I completed the registration process over the phone which took over 20 minutes, then waited a month and a half for my appointment date which was only two weeks before my surgery date. I felt like that was too close for comfort but I had no other choice. Horrible customer service!!! Good luck if you're trying to reach someone. Nobody will pick up the phone or call you back if you leave a message. I have seen the staff just watch the phone ring and don't pick up the calls. I've been trying to get a hold of someone the whole week and left messages and nothing.

Be warned that Borrego Health has a history of fraud and, from my experience, things have not improved. The offices of Borrego Health and Premiere Healthcare, a medical billing company that served it, were raided by the FBI and state investigators in October 2020 as part of a criminal investigation into potential Medicare fraud. I was not aware of these issues in 2022 when I needed an appointment. I was without insurance at the time and I went to Centro Medico because it was supposed to be a low cost clinic. Daniel Williams is the doctor here apparently but is he really? what kind of doctor he? a fake one?!! the lady in the front told me that he never took a test of something for me when i was told that they did take a test for me and that doctor said he would prescribe me some medicine anyways even tho the test said i was okay. you know this is just crazy! Daniel Williams needs to get fired!! not right, not cool especially if someone else needed something serious than me.
