I have called again for the second time to get a call back. I'm not sure why there's a call-center now? Plenty of front desk employees to answer calls. I need a MRI done. I visited the ER already and was told to get a referral from my doctor. CALL YOUR PATIENTS BACK!!!!

I called to make an appointment as a new patient to get a medical clearance for an upcoming surgery. I completed the registration process over the phone which took over 20 minutes, then waited a month and a half for my appointment date which was only two weeks before my surgery date. I felt like that was too close for comfort but I had no other choice. Horrible customer service!!! Good luck if you're trying to reach someone. Nobody will pick up the phone or call you back if you leave a message. I have seen the staff just watch the phone ring and don't pick up the calls. I've been trying to get a hold of someone the whole week and left messages and nothing.

Be warned that Borrego Health has a history of fraud and, from my experience, things have not improved. The offices of Borrego Health and Premiere Healthcare, a medical billing company that served it, were raided by the FBI and state investigators in October 2020 as part of a criminal investigation into potential Medicare fraud. I was not aware of these issues in 2022 when I needed an appointment. I was without insurance at the time and I went to Centro Medico because it was supposed to be a low cost clinic. Daniel Williams is the doctor here apparently but is he really? what kind of doctor he? a fake one?!! the lady in the front told me that he never took a test of something for me when i was told that they did take a test for me and that doctor said he would prescribe me some medicine anyways even tho the test said i was okay. you know this is just crazy! Daniel Williams needs to get fired!! not right, not cool especially if someone else needed something serious than me.

This place is a joke. My son has a tibial fracture in which he needed to be referred to ortho for further treatment. I called the office numerous times only to get a on call center that doesn't even relay information correctly. I physically had to go into the office for my son to get seen in person after they tried scheduling him a week later. They told us they would send an "urgent referral for ortho". I called his insurance and there was no referrals pending..needless to say they can't do nothing right. Don't come here. Pa... read more

Visiting the desert for a conference and started to develop awful symptoms of post nasal drip, heavy chest, right tonsil swollen with white spots etc. I called this urgent care 3 times trying to see if I arrived before they close in 20 mins and no one answered.
