So bad. I was sent to the Borrego Health for the mental health department to help control my anxiety and panic attacks. The doctor (Mandap) is very kind and I have no qualms about her what-so-ever. I have my appointments, and I'm taken back within ten minutes. The entire visit lasts 40 mins from in the door to out. My problem however is the staffing dept, specifically prescription. Todays service from the Pediatric side was and continues to be horrible the receptionist tries to talk to one with and rude attitude and then so i bring it to her attention her responds was (i don't understand what your problem is i don't get it why your mad) after i just asked her to just stop
Called all other extensions and waited on the operator line for over 15 min only to get hung up on without a word. My pharmacy has been calling and I've been calling for days trying to get a refill for my prescription. If you want to speak to anyone from here you will have to walk in and wait to even talk to anyone for at least an hour if you are lucky. The doctor is great but the service here is atrocious.
dental negative 5 stars we arrived early and sat in waiting room for over an hour and my son was only back in the dental chair for ALL OF 7 MINUTES LITERALLY I had to ask several times for an update as to when my son would be called in since no one had any customer service skills to let us know if the doctor was running late or there was an emergency NOTHING! One star rating says it all. People behind the reception desk don't care, or they are so burned out, they're oblivious. More than once my prescription renewals were ignored. The meds I'm taking become very dangerous if not taken regularly, and the seriousness of this issue has yet to be taken seriously. Now I'm told that the "Doctor" I've been seeing for 2 years just left. No provisions made, no email notification so that I might perhaps find a new provider. My rating of 1 star is a generous one. Not even one star. In one visit, 3 people asked me the same medical questions....which was on my medical history if they bothered to read. Then i was tested fur an illness that I already have and disclosed. Just a scam to get insurance money but I think they prefer the poor uninsured Mexicans because they can really steal from them. Don't expect patient care, it's non-existent. They can't even return phone calls. Horrible place.....do not go!
Corporate office made horrible change in IEHP insurance plan switching to La Salle from IEHP direct! Horrible! Due to this my special needs toddler was denied or delayed treatments desperately needed. I will say that Dr. Keyvan Malekshamran is GREAT. One of the best. I am very sad we were forced to change from Dr. K to go elsewhere that uses IEHP direct, so that my child could get the needed help.
I'm asked by phone about price for cash selfpayments for a regular visit to pediatrician. And have an answer is 75$, but when we came in clinic the price became 300$ or more. What do they think about their service?? Is it some elite clinic from hollywood?
I don't even want to give them 1 star! What a Sh!ty place!!!! I brought my daughter here and she tells me the dentist told her to swallow the fluoride treatment? Since when did fluoride become edible? Don't even waste your time bringing your child here!! You can't even sit in the office with them while they're operating on your child! They'll tell you it's a liability because the fact their office is small. Such crooks.
