I brought it in because the battery, which Nissan replaced a few months ago was completely drained. They examined the battery for several hours and pronounced that there was nothing wrong with the battery. I told them if the problem re-occurred, I would have them do a deep dive exam to identify the problem. I began having this problem before my warranty ran out.

My service advisor went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. He didn't give up when the extended warranty company was stalling. I can not recommend this shop enough.

My service rep. Jacob Vargas is a rare and wonderful employee. He went above and beyond to isolate an intermittent stalling problem with my car that had been going on for a monthcausing safety concerns during operation. He provided me a loaner which allowed him the time to drive the car, replicate the issue and find the problemit was determined I needed a new alternator. My car has been repaired with no further stalling issues. I am so grateful for all his efforts to provide outstanding customer service!
